Scheduled Appointments and Non-Scheduled Incidents. Beginning sixty (60) calendar days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, ETMC will have in place a process to ensure that when a Patient arrives at a covered ETMC facility or service seeking medical care (as part of a scheduled appointment or otherwise), trained ETMC Staff shall perform an initial communication assessment to determine whether the Patient and Companion require auxiliary aids or services in order to ensure effective communication. The assessment will consider the timing, duration, and frequency for which appropriate auxiliary aids and services will be provided. The Patient and Companion will be provided with an appropriate auxiliary aid or service. The fact of the assessment and any identified auxiliary aids or services for the Patient and Companion will be documented in the Patient’s registration records.

  • Missed Appointments From time to time it may be necessary for Landlord and Landlord’s authorized agents including, but not limited to, property management personnel, maintenance contractors, appraisers, and real estate agents to gain access to the Property for the purpose of inspecting the Property or performing repairs and Tenant does hereby grant permission to Landlord and Landlord’s authorized agents to enter the Property for these purposes. If Tenant fails to keep a pre-arranged, mutually agreed to appointment allowing access to the property then Tenant agrees to pay Eighty Five and No/100s Dollars ($85.00) per event as liquidated damages to Landlord and such amount shall become due as additional rent under this agreement.

  • Missed Appointment Fee Customer or its authorized representative must be available at the Customer location for the scheduled installation appointment date to grant the Service tech access or to accept delivery of the Equipment, or to work with installation technician to turn up the service. If no one is available, the Service tech will attempt to contact Customer for minimum of an additional fifteen (15) minutes before re-scheduling the appointment. Re-scheduling such missed appointment will incur a Missed Appointment Fee at the current applicable rate. 48 hour notice is required for all appointment re- scheduling.

  • Initial Appointments The Company appoints the Trustee as the initial Paying Agent, the initial Registrar and the initial Conversion Agent.

  • Change of Control; Assignment and Subcontracting Except as set forth in this Section 7.5, neither party may assign any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior written approval of the other party, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld. For purposes of this Section 7.5, a direct or indirect change of control of Registry Operator or any subcontracting arrangement that relates to any Critical Function (as identified in Section 6 of Specification 10) for the TLD (a “Material Subcontracting Arrangement”) shall be deemed an assignment.
