Common use of Scheduled Downtime Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Downtime. For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

Scheduled Downtime. For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

Scheduled Downtime. For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime means the period of downtime during which we perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment or to our network or systems. Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will generally not occur Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (local time in your jurisdiction) without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will require us to perform scheduled emergency maintenance or adjustments to the Environmentrelated activities. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us Netlogix but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern TimeEST (or EDT, as applicable), Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we Netlogix will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environmentits network. We Netlogix will use our its best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.
