Common use of Scheduled Events Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Events. When overtime is needed for planned events in the District, the following priority shall be followed: (1) In order from least amount of previously worked or charged overtime to the most, employees in the building will be asked to work the overtime. (2) If no employee in the building accepts the overtime, in order of least amount of previously worked or charged overtime to most, all other custodians in the District will be asked to work the overtime. (3) If no other custodian in the District accepts the overtime, the maintenance employees, in order of least amount of previously worked or charged overtime to the most, shall be offered the overtime.
