Scheduled Standby. Nurses called in to work from scheduled standby status shall continue receiving standby pay in addition to call back pay.

Scheduled Standby. 4 All nurses scheduled for standby shall be paid five dollars ($5.00) per 5 hour for scheduled standby, regardless of hours worked if called back to 6 work while on standby and other compensation received during the 7 scheduled standby period. Effective July 3, 2022, all nurses scheduled for 8 standby shall be paid five dollars and twenty-five cents ($5.25) per hour, 9 for scheduled standby, regardless of hours worked if called back to work 10 while on standby and other compensation received during the scheduled 11 standby period.
Scheduled Standby. A standby shift that is scheduled outside of the employee’s scheduled work hours during which the employee is available for a call in to work. SRH may place employees who have a temporary reduction in hours on scheduled standby. Standby hours do not count toward benefit hour eligibility.

  • Standby An employee who is required to remain available for duty on standby, outside the normal working hours for that particular employee, shall receive standby pay in the amount of $3.30 per hour for all hours on standby. Effective September 29, 2016, where such standby duty falls on a paid holiday, as set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions, the employee shall receive standby pay in the amount of $4.90 per hour. Standby pay shall, however, cease where an employee is called into work under Article 15.06 above and works during the period of standby.
