Common use of Schedules and Attachments Clause in Contracts

Schedules and Attachments. Immediately following the signature page is a list of Schedules which have been attached to this Agreement before execution and are hereby incorporated by reference. Following execution of this Agreement, certain additional Schedules and attachments may be expressly agreed upon by the Parties pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement whereupon such exhibits or attachments shall become part of this Agreement and incorporated by reference. References in this Agreement to a “Schedule” means an exhibit to this Agreement and all attachments thereto unless otherwise provided.
