Electronic Payment Services. CSG will provide to each Customer the data processing services, including reasonable backup security in accordance with industry standards for such Customer’s data, to support electronic xxxx paying services as set forth in Section 2 below (the “Core Services”) for Customer’s Subscriber accounts that elect to pay their Customer xxxx statements via electronic fund transfer.
Electronic Payment Services a) services for receiving, processing and making payments and money transfers initiated by the Client;
b) making payments and money transfers in favor of third parties: for utilities; for telecommunication services; other services;
c) implementation of the following operations depending on the mode of their availability in the Bank's software: - transfer from the Client's Payment Card issued by the Bank to any Payment Card, a card issued by other issuing banks, - transfer of money in tenge using a payment card issued by another issuing bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Payment Card (to the Account where transactions with the use of the Payment Card are reflected); - Account replenishment/cash withdrawal by ATM code (without using a Payment card); - replenishment of the Account by mobile phone number at an ATM (without using a Payment card);

e) blocking/unblocking a payment card;
f) setting/changing limits on making transactions via the Internet, setting/changing limits on withdrawing money.
g) other services at the discretion of the Bank.
Electronic Payment Services. Should Customer choose to use the following Financial Services in this Exhibit, CSG will provide to Customer for the Fees provided in Schedule F Customer’s requirements for the data processing services for the Connected Subscribers, including reasonable backup security for Customer’s data, to support electronic xxxx paying services as set forth in Section 2 below (the “Basic Services”) for all of the Subscribers that elect to utilize Customer’s electronic xxxx payment services.
Electronic Payment Services. 1. China shall accept any applications from a U.S. electronic payment services supplier, including an application of a supplier seeking to operate as a wholly foreign-owned entity, to begin preparatory work to become a bank card clearing institution within five working days of submission, and may make a one-time request within those five working days for any corrections or supplementary information. If such a request is made, China shall accept the application within five working days after the applicant has responded to that request. China shall make a determination with respect to the application, including an explanation of any adverse determination, within 90 working days of its acceptance.
2. No later than one month after a U.S. service supplier notifies China that it has completed its preparatory work, China shall accept the license application of such U.S. supplier, including any license application of Mastercard, Visa, or American Express, and shall make a determination with respect to the application, including an explanation of any adverse determination.
3. The United States affirms it accords non-discriminatory treatment to Chinese electronic payment service suppliers, including UnionPay.
Electronic Payment Services. China has a growing electronic payment services market that for many years has been closed to foreign suppliers, including world-leading U.S. credit and debit card companies. Going forward, China will ensure that its regulatory authorities operate an improved and timely licensing process for U.S. suppliers of electronic payment services so as to facilitate their access to China’s market.

Customer may elect from time-to-time to purchase from CSG, and upon such election CSG shall provide, certain services relating to any or all of Customer’s requirements for the data processing services for the Connected Subscribers, including reasonable backup security for Customer’s data, to support electronic xxxx paying services as set forth in Section 2 below (the “Basic EBP Services”) for all of Customer’s subscriber accounts that elect to utilize Customer’s electronic xxxx payment services (the “EBP Subscribers”), whether as a recurring service or a single non-recurring transaction as designated with reasonable notice in writing by Customer.
Electronic Payment Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement, for the term set forth in Section 11 below and for the fees set forth in Schedule D, CSG will provide to Customer, and Customer will purchase from CSG all of Customer's requirements for the data processing services, including reasonable backup security for Customer's data, to support electronic xxxx paying services as set forth in Section 2 below (the "Basic Services") for all of Customer's subscriber accounts that elect to utilize Customer's electronic xxxx payment services (the "Subscribers").
