Scheduling and Bidding. (a) Xxxxx shall cause the RSS Unit and the Facility to be fueled, operated and maintained in accordance with Good Utility Practice and the NYISO Tariffs and with due regard for the reliability purpose of this Agreement. (b) Xxxxx shall interface and comply with NYISO scheduling deadlines and requirements for maintaining the Facility and the RSS Unit as eligible energy, capacity and ancillary services providers, as well as comply with the NYISO’s dispatch instructions and the Interconnection Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that the Reliability Support Services shall not include the purchase by RGE of any physical energy-related products or services (energy, capacity or ancillary services); provided that Xxxxx shall be obligated to provide such energy products and services to the NYISO as described in this Agreement, with the Applicable Revenues derived therefrom to be applied as a credit against RGE’s obligation for the Monthly Fixed Amount in accordance with Section 3.2. (c) The Parties acknowledge that as a consequence of the provision of the Reliability Support Services under this Agreement, Xxxxx will need to run the RSS Unit for testing and diagnostic purposes, including for demonstrating the RSS Unit’s Dependable Maximum Net Capability (as defined in the NYISO Tariffs) and relative accuracy test audit testing, reactive capability testing, environmental compliance testing, or as otherwise required by plant management for health, safety, environmental or operational reasons. As permitted under the NYISO Tariffs and as warranted by system conditions, the Parties shall coordinate the scheduling of the RSS Unit for these purposes so that RGE will either designate the related RSS Unit as the Day-Ahead Reliability Unit (as defined in the NYISO Tariffs) or commit that RSS Unit pursuant to the Supplemental Resource Evaluation (as defined in the NYISO Tariffs). Such designation shall be coordinated between the Parties so that the most appropriate designation is selected. Xxxxx shall use reasonable best efforts to perform these tests during periods already scheduled by RGE or the NYISO. Xxxxx shall coordinate with RGE to schedule any testing required to meet operational requirements. In the event that such testing cannot be accomplished during a period of time the RSS Unit is in operation, Xxxxx shall provide RGE with at least fourteen (14) days advance written notice requesting written authorization from RGE for Xxxxx to self-commit the RSS Unit.   • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. B6.411 Felling in Clearings. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. B6.000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.

  • Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map. Outside Clearcutting Units and construction clearings, insofar as ground conditions permit, products shall not be skidded against reserve trees or groups of reproduction and tractors shall be equipped with a winch to facilitate skidding. B6.421 Rigging. Insofar as practicable, needed rigging shall be slung on stumps or trees desig- nated for cutting.

  • Training and Support Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software. Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee and Member staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor will offer reasonable levels of continuing support to assist Licensee and Members in use of the Licensed Materials, including providing help files and other appropriate user documentation in connection with the use of and access to Licensed Materials. Licensor will, at a minimum, make its personnel available by email, telephone or via the Web, or in person during Licensor’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for training and user access support.

  • Advertising and Marketing Except in so far as herein expressly provided, the Service Provider shall not make or issue any formal or informal announcement (with the exception of Stock Exchange announcements), advertisement or statement to the media in connection with this Agreement or otherwise disclose the existence of this Agreement or the subject matter thereof to any other person without the prior written consent of SARS.

  • Sealing and Marking of Bids The bidder shall seal the original and each copy of the bid in separate envelopes duly marking the envelopes “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”. The envelopes shall then be sealed in an outer separate envelope.

  • JOB BIDDING Section 1. All job vacancies will be posted as follows: a.) The position will be posted on Kaleidascope for seven (7) calendar days. b.) The posting shall include the position (job title), posting dates, status, hours per pay period, shift, starting and ending times, pay grade and the qualifications for the position as defined in the job description for the position. A copy of all job postings will be sent to the Union. c.) Employees may not be accepted for posted positions until they have completed six (6) months of employment. In addition, an employee who has transferred to a position must remain in that position for six (6) months before applying for another posted position. Except that an employee may apply for a posted position which is at a higher pay grade without regard to the six (6) month limit. This paragraph shall not apply to intra cost center shift change or intra cost center status changes. Section 2. Posted positions shall be filled by the most senior qualified applicant from within the bargaining unit. If the position cannot be filled from within the bargaining unit, the Employer may fill the position from any source available to the Employer, provided the candidate meets all of the qualifications for hiring into that position. In all instances, the appropriate manager is responsible for the interview and selection of applicants within fourteen (14) days of the end of the posting. Section 3. A qualified applicant shall be defined as an employee who possesses the entry level qualifications in the job description and is able to do the work when required. Ability to do the work and documented performance, inclusive of disciplinary record, may be considered when awarding a position. The Employer will notify all applicants of the result of their bid in a timely manner not to exceed two (2) weeks from the date the position is awarded. Section 4. A successful bidder shall be required to serve a sixty (60) calendar day trial period exclusive of any classroom training required. At the midpoint of the trial period the employee shall be evaluated and given written notification if a problem exists. During the trial period, the employee will be returned to his/her original position if the employee elects to be returned or the Employer finds the employee is unsatisfactory in the new position.

  • Packing and Marking All material and equipment to be furnished by the Contractor shall be packed, crated or otherwise suitably protected to withstand shipment undamaged to the destination. Each package, crate or part shall be marked plainly with the name of the consignee, shipping destination, the Owner's order number, and such other markings as are required. Complete packing lists, one copy with each package and two (2) copies by mail to the Owner at time of shipment, shall be supplied showing contents and identity of each package.

  • CUTTING AND PATCHING The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting or patching required to complete the Work or to make its parts fit together properly.

  • Monitoring and Review The Provider agrees to allow access to the Department for purposes of monitoring and review. This access includes but is not limited to client records, fiscal records, staffing records, policy and procedural manuals, facilities, staff, and children in care of the Department. The Department will conduct quality reviews, which may include site-based quality review visits.

  • Reporting and Monitoring Please provide a brief description of the mechanisms proposed for this project for reporting to the UNDP and partners, including a reporting schedule.
