Training and Support. Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software. Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee and Member staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor will offer reasonable levels of continuing support to assist Licensee and Members in use of the Licensed Materials, including providing help files and other appropriate user documentation in connection with the use of and access to Licensed Materials. Licensor will, at a minimum, make its personnel available by email, telephone or via the Web, or in person during Licensor’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for training and user access support.
Training and Support. Through the Solution, the Contractor shall provide all consulting, training, and support to the Customer and FL[DS] to ensure successful implementation of the Solution and ongoing support as necessary and as defined by FL[DS] to include, but not be limited to:
6.2.1. Consult with and the Department, the Purchaser, and the Customer to ensure the Department, the Purchaser, and the Customer have the information necessary for decision-making.
Training and Support. At times and manner convenient to Hospital, Hospital will provide Organization training for remote access to Hospital EHR. Hospital will not provide any support for hardware owned or used by Organization.

Licensor will make its personnel available by email, phone or fax during regular business hours, Monday through Friday for feedback, problem-solving, or general questions. Licensor will provide additional training to Licensee staff made necessary by any updates or modifications to the Licensed Materials or any Licensor software.
Training and Support. Contractor is responsible for acquiring any hardware, software, and training required to use the GSDS. County is not responsible for supporting Contractor’s hardware or software applications required to use the GSDS.
Training and Support. Distributor shall train and support its personnel or subcontractors for the satisfactory completion of its obligations under this Agreement. Supplier will assist in training by furnishing Distributor with English training literature. Supplier may, at his sole discretion, provide Distributor with his own personnel for training.
Training and Support. Where a tutor is assigned a course or courses that are to be converted or designed for E- Education the tutor shall be provided with resources and training sufficient for the task.
Training and Support. 11.1 The parties agree to cooperate in the development and support of the PixelSquirt Technology, IGS Software, IGS Chip and CyberPro3000 Products. Accordingly, each party shall provide, at the other party's request and expense, up to eighty (80) man hours of training and technical support during the providing party's normal business hours. A party may request additional training and technical support at the providing party's then current consulting fee, which request shall not unreasonably be denied.
11.2 The parties shall together and in good faith negotiate with third parties for the right to bundle mutually acceptable third party products with the CyberPro3000 Products and Unencrypted Verilog Based Products.
Training and Support. 1. The College will provide adequate initial and ongoing training and support to Academic Employees to develop and successfully deliver eLearning courses, e.g. “Quality Matters.”
2. Academic Employees teaching online or hybrid classes must successfully complete training in online course methodology and delivery prior to teaching an eLearning class. Exceptions may be granted by the supervising xxxx or the eLearning Coordinator.
3. The college will provide adequate initial and ongoing training and support for Academic Employees to develop and successfully deliver eLearning courses.
4. The college will provide the necessary equipment and infrastructure to successfully deliver eLearning courses from campus. Any infrastructure required to deliver eLearning courses from an Academic Employee’s home or other remote location will not be provided or supported by the college.
Training and Support. At times and manner convenient to Healthcare Organization, Healthcare Organization will provide Third Party Payer training for remote access to Healthcare Organization EHR. Healthcare Organization will not provide any support for hardware owned or used by Third Party Payer.
