Common use of Scheduling and Monitoring of Milestones Clause in Contracts

Scheduling and Monitoring of Milestones. Except to the extent that Siemens is entitled to a Scope Change Order or other relief provided for in this Agreement, Siemens shall perform its Work in accordance with the Work Schedule. Further, Siemens shall provide periodic reports to Buyer concerning the status of Siemens’ activities, including information pertaining to the progress of the Work and any circumstances known at the time of reporting which could be anticipated to cause a material deviation from the Work Schedule.
