Scheduling Conflict Sample Clauses

A Scheduling Conflict clause defines how situations are handled when two or more obligations or events are set to occur at the same time, making it impossible for all to be fulfilled as planned. Typically, this clause outlines the process for resolving such conflicts, such as prioritizing certain commitments, rescheduling, or notifying the affected parties in advance. Its core function is to provide a clear mechanism for managing overlapping obligations, thereby minimizing disruption and ensuring that all parties understand how conflicts will be addressed.
