Scheduling of Trips. Return trips to residence headquarters shall be made at times when service or apparatus will not be jeopardized thereby except in case of emergency such as illness in the family or other matters highly important to an employee. The Company will schedule the trip to meet the needs of the majority concerned or by mutual agreement where the work of some employees is dependent on the assistance or presence of other employees.
