Scheduling Policies. (a) Requests for additional hours by employees on regularly scheduled work weeks 16 of less than forty hours on affected units will be honored before scheduling pool 17 employees.
(b) Pool employees may be called upon to fill staff needs after the schedule has 19 been posted, prior to offering of overtime to regular employees provided 20 hours for pool will not result in increased off shift rotation for full time, part 21 time or pro-rata employees. However, once an overtime shift has been 22 confirmed, a regular employee cannot be canceled by a pool employee.
(c) If more than one Pool employee is scheduled on the same program and one is 24 not needed, the pool employee on overtime will be canceled first. When 25 canceling pool employees, pool on overtime and pool on straight time are two 26 (2) separate groups. Cancellations will be rotated and balanced if more than 27 one pool employee is scheduled.
Scheduling Policies. Packages must be pre-paid and scheduled in advance, and are based on consecutive weeks only. • Time slots are guaranteed only for pre-paid and scheduled packages. • Packages and individual sessions are NOT transferable. All Packages must be paid in full one week prior to the first session. • Rescheduling - 48 notice is required. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ must be rescheduled within the same week, subject to ▇▇▇▇’s availability. If the ▇▇▇▇ does not have any openings for that week, she will offer you the next available session the following week. If ▇▇▇▇ does not have any openings, you will forfeit that session. • Cancellation - If less than 48-hour notice is provided your session will be considered cancelled and you will forfeit that session. No refunds will be provided. The first time there is a late cancel, it will be waived. • Group sessions or boot camps cannot be rescheduled. LRF Nutritional Guidance Plan will cover food intake, timing and recommended portion sizes, all dependent on your activities, health history and daily food journals. Scheduling Policies. It's your responsibility to know when appointments begin and to arrive on time, ready to work. If this is a struggle for you, I'm happy to coach you on calendaring, reminders, and generally getting places on time as part of our coaching sessions. Cancelation Policy. I ask that you notify me of cancelations at least 24 hours in advance of our appointment start time, 48 hours if we are meeting at an offsite location (somewhere in person, other than my office). Less than that is considered a "late cancelation." If you must cancel after that, please let me know ASAP, preferably by telephone or text message. I reserve the right to ▇▇▇▇ for the full session, at your standard coaching/consulting rate, for late cancelations. No-Show Policy. If you are not present and have not contacted me by 15 minutes after the start of our appointment, the meeting is considered a "no-show." I will charge the full amount of the session at your coaching rate for “no-shows”.
