Scheduling Procedure. 1. No later than 18:30 hours on the Day prior to the Day of Gas delivery, Sellers shall notify Buyer of the quantity of Gas available from Sellers for delivery to Buyer at the Delivery Point for the Day of Gas delivery based on aggregate nominations and aggregate quantity of Gas available for supply at the Delivery Point, and Sellers shall confirm such quantity with PIL.
2. No later than 19:00 hours on the Day prior to the Day of Gas delivery, PIL shall notify Sellers of the quantity of Gas scheduled for receipt at the Delivery Point for transportation on that Day on behalf of Buyer, up to the quantity nominated by Buyer as above, and Sellers shall notify Buyer that such quantity is scheduled for delivery to Buyer at the Delivery Point on the Day of Gas delivery (“Scheduled Daily Quantity”).
3. If Sellers need to curtail Gas deliveries on any Day, Sellers may notify Buyer of the adjustment to the quantity available and shall confirm the adjustment with PIL, and the Scheduled Daily Quantity shall be adjusted accordingly.
Scheduling Procedure. The Hospital shall first schedule all full and part-time nurses 25 on the regular schedule. Full- time, part-time, and on call nurses may then declare their availability.

Scheduling Procedure. Tenured faculty to be reviewed will be scheduled based on length of time since last review (promotion, sabbatical, or previous PTR), but no more than one-fifth of the tenured faculty will be scheduled in any given year.

Each Maintenance Schedule shall meet the requirements set forth in Section 5.1(b). Within thirty (30) days of receipt of such Maintenance Schedule, Buyer may request reasonable modifications therein to the extent the requested modifications are not contrary to Prudent Utility Practice. Scheduling Procedure. All accumulated time off will be taken at a time satisfactory to the Company and will be arranged when possible, in accordance with the expressed preference of the employee on the basis of departmental seniority.
