SCHEDULING WORK. The utility's feeders are removed from service for normal work on closely restricted schedules. If the Contractor requires an outage of the utility feeder or needs to have the service de-energized for routine work, it shall notify the utility and obtain a date that Work can be performed in conjunction with the Utility. The schedule will be modified only by mutual agreement of the interested parties except that, in an emergency, the utility may cancel the scheduled outage and the Contractor shall be so notified.
SCHEDULING WORK. 20.01 Start times shall be posted on the prior Friday of the week for which the starting times shall be effective. Employees who are ordered to report for work prior to said scheduled starting times shall receive time and one-half (1-1/2) for all hours worked prior to their regular starting time. Employees who are ordered to report for work later than their scheduled starting time shall receive time and one-half (1-1/2) for the number of hours equal to the number of hours called into work after their scheduled start time.

Whenever the Tribe desires to use the County services to undertake routine maintenance or repair of Tribe vehicles, the Tribe shall notify the County's Everett Shop Supervisor or Communication Repair Technician for scheduling the work. To the extent the Tribe vehicles are in need of scheduled maintenance or unscheduled repair, such maintenance and/or repair will be provided on an "as needed" basis at the County's Shop Supervisor's discretion with emergent repairs being undertaken as soon as reasonably possible.

SCHEDULING WORK. Design Builder shall submit an initial Contract Schedule within thirty days of execution of the Contract showing Design Phase and Construction Phase milestones. Upon Authority’s approval of the Construction Documents, the Design Builder shall issue and updated Contract Schedule. The Contract Schedule shall be in critical path format and in sufficient detail to demonstrate adequate planning of the Work.

Before the issuance of the first delivery order in a particular building, a conference may be conducted by the Contracting Officer at the field office to acquaint the Contractor with Government policies and procedures that are to be observed, to develop a mutual understanding concerning the administration of the contract, and to make provisions for the Contractor's use of the Government equipment and facilities.

When the Agency requires employees to work on specific days and times that vary from day-to-day or week-to-week, the Agency will provide written schedules at least 14 calendar days in advance. Management-directed changes to the work schedule will be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Changes required to accommodate employee leave schedules may be communicated less than 72 hours in advance. When an employee is not available for their scheduled day or time, the employee must provide timely advance notice, if possible, and it is the Agency’s responsibility to find a replacement. Nothing in this Section prohibits employees from finding their own replacement.
