School Based Fund. 7.1.1 The Board shall allocate a portion of the budget each fiscal year to fund professional development, including but not limited to conferences, seminars, workshops, collaborative learning and peer observations. The fund shall be equivalent to 0.56% of annual in-scope teacher salaries in the approved budget. This fund shall be allocated to each school based on its proportion of the total approved full time equivalent teachers. The GSTA will be provided with the annual per school allocation.
