School Board Employees and Chaperones. Every trip requires a school board employee on board at least one (1) of the buses for the trip. All other buses must have at least one (1) vetted and approved chaperone aboard each bus. If a single bus is used, a school board employee must be aboard that bus. School board employees and chaperones are responsible for all student riders while aboard the bus.
