SCHOOL CLOSURE POLICY. If the school closes permanently and ceases to offer instruction after students have enrolled, or if a program is cancelled after students have enrolled or instruction has begun, the school will provide a pro rata refund for all students transferring to another school based on the hours accepted by the receiving school or if a student does not transfer to another school a full refund of all monies paid. Enrollment time is defined as the time elapsed between the actual starting date and the date of the student's last day of physical attendance in school. Any monies due the applicant or student shall be refunded within thirty (30) days from the withdrawal date, or in the case of a leave of absence, the earlier of the documented date of scheduled return or the date the student notifies the institution that he/she will not be returning.
