Common use of School Concurrency Regulations Clause in Contracts

School Concurrency Regulations. Each Local Government shall adopt school concurrency provisions into its land development regulations (LDR) consistent with the requirements of this Agreement. (a) The County and the Cities shall amend their LDRs to adopt school concurrency provisions for the review of development orders. 1. In the event that any participating City does not adopt LDRs, that government shall be deemed to have “opted in” to the County regulations and agrees to be bound by the terms and provisions therein until it adopts its own ordinance. 2. At any time, any Local Government may opt out of the County’s implementing ordinance through implementing its own ordinance.
