School District Governance. The Board of Education shall retain the authority to govern the School District as provided by law, and the Board shall reserve the right to exercise all management prerogatives via the Superintendent of Schools and the administrative staff provided said prerogatives are not incongruent with the terms and conditions of employment as stated in this agreement.
