Board Employee Rights. It is agreed that the Board, its agents, and the employees have those rights and responsibilities which pertain to their roles in the operation of the schools, if such rights or responsibilities are expressly included in the Constitutions or the Statutes of the United States or of the State of Illinois or in the Peotone Community Unit School District 207-U Policy manual as of the date of execution or extension of this Contract. The Board agrees to implement its rules and policies as they pertain to bargaining unit members in a fair, impartial, and consistent manner. This provision shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • EMPLOYEE RIGHTS 4.1 The District and the Association recognize the right of employees to form, join, and participate in lawful activities of employee organizations and the equal alternative right of employees to refuse to form, join, and participate in employee organization activities.
