School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Transition. On January 1, 2020 the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) plans and rules will come into effect, changing our current status quo dramatically. The District and the Union agree that the current provision of Section 20.1 Regular School Year Employees Health Benefits shall remain in full force and effect until December 31, 2019.
