SEBB Enrollment. Enrollment for medical and non-medical plans shall be determined by the SEBB, but will generally be in the fall for January 1 plan implementation. The District shall notify employees the dates open enrollment will commence and conclude at least three (3) months in advance and will provide reminder notices each month thereafter.
