Common use of School Fees Clause in Contracts

School Fees. (a) All the costs incurred in the usual course of the education of the Pupil by the School, including the provision of any necessary educational materials (but excluding certain specialist textbooks, materials and or other associated costs, examinations fees and/or extra-curricular activities, as detailed further in Clause 3(b) below), shall be met by the Fees unless otherwise notified by the School. Loss of books or equipment or damage done by a Pupil other than fair wear and tear, may be separately invoiced and must be paid as extra. (b) Any extra-curricular activities such as private music lessons, trips and visits in which you agree in advance the Pupil may participate shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Fees and charged for accordingly. In particular, all public examination charges, any additional charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs of the Pupil and coach charges for bringing the Pupil to and from School shall be charged as supplemental to the Fees. (c) Fees charged to Parents by outside professionals such as, but not limited to, peripatetic music teachers, which remain outstanding at the end of the term to which they relate will be settled by the School and the amount owing will be treated as a supplementary charge and will be added to the Pupil’s next school ▇▇▇▇, the amount outstanding will become a debt owing to the School. (d) Each invoice for Fees and any extras chargeable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be collected by direct debit in full on or shortly after the first day of each Term unless arrangements have previously been made in writing to use the School’s approved monthly payment scheme. A Pupil may be excluded from the School at any time when Fees are unpaid and will be deemed withdrawn without notice 28 days after exclusion if Fees remain unpaid at the time. (e) Each Parent who has signed the Acceptance Form is liable for the whole of the Fees (jointly and severally) and any supplemental charges due, unless the School has agreed in writing for payment of the Fees (or any part of them) to be paid by another third party on behalf of the Parents (“Payer”). Such agreement for third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. (f) Where two Parents have signed the Acceptance Form, one of them may withdraw from the Contract with the School by submitting a Term's Notice provided they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the remaining Parent. (g) If the Pupil has been awarded a scholarship or bursary your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will be for the amount of Fees due after taking into account that award. An award may be withdrawn if, in the opinion of the Headmaster, the Pupil’s attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees due in respect of a Term which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster that an award may be withdrawn in respect of a Pupil the circumstances will be discussed with the Parents and the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine you will be notified that the award has been withdrawn. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement of the Term immediately following notification of the withdrawal of the award by the Headmaster. (h) We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees and/or supplemental charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees and/or supplemental charges. We will normally make an interest charge of 2% per month for any late payments, calculated on a daily basis against outstanding monies due until such payment is due. You must pay the School the interest together with the overdue amount. (i) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with you, if we reasonably and properly incur any costs (including legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement was made in the School’s favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees or supplemental charges from you (or either of you) that have not been paid in accordance with this Contract, then you shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (j) You consent to the School informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil of any outstanding Fees due to the School. (k) The Fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice of an increase in the Fees will normally be sent to you prior to the commencement of the final Term in an academic year, before the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic year. (l) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges will not be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, or otherwise. In the event that the Pupil takes study leave at home before or during public examinations or stays at home following those examinations no reduction of Fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home.

The persons who have signed the Acceptance Form remain liable to the School for the whole of the fees and supplemental charges due, unless the School has expressly agreed in writing with the persons who have signed the Acceptance Form to look exclusively to any other person for payment of the Fees (fees or any part of them) to be paid by another third party on behalf of the Parents (“Payer”). Such agreement for third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. (f) 3.4. Where two Parents parents have signed the Acceptance Form, one of them may withdraw from the Contract contract with the School by submitting a Term's Notice provided they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the remaining Parentparent. (g) 3.5. If the Pupil your child has been awarded a scholarship or bursary bursary, your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will be for the amount of Fees fees due after taking into account of that award. An award may be withdrawn if, in the opinion of the HeadmasterHead, the Pupilyour child’s attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees fees due in respect of a Term term which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster that Head that, for academic reasons, an award may be withdrawn from your child, you shall be notified in advance. If, within 14 days following the withdrawal of a scholarship or bursary, a child is withdrawn from the School, no fees in lieu of notice will be payable. 3.6. Each term’s fees accrue separately and the fees payable in respect of a Pupil each term fall due on the circumstances day before term commences and will be discussed included in an invoice sent to those persons who signed the Acceptance Form (or such other person(s) the School has agreed shall pay the fees under section 3.3 above). The fees invoice must be paid in full by termly direct debit (or by direct bank transfer if expressly agreed with the Parents Director of Finance and Operations beforehand). 3.7. The School may agree that the required improvements fees that are or will fall due in relation to any term can be paid in instalments. If the School so agrees in relation to any term's fees, then the School and those liable for those fees will agree separately a schedule of instalments by which the deferred amount is to be paid. The agreed amount for each term is to be paid by direct debit in not more than four (4) instalments within a period that does not exceed twelve (12) months beginning with the date of the relevant invoice. The School shall issue a separate invoice and schedule of instalments relating to the fees due in respect of each term, which shall be evidence of the separate agreement for the payment of that term's fees. 3.8. Any and all additional charges for extra curricular activities for each term (and for other charges that were agreed during the previous term) will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over detailed separately on your fees invoice and such a period as invoice shall be sent to you before the Headmaster may determine you will be notified that the award has been withdrawn. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement start of the Term immediately following notification of the withdrawal of the award by the Headmasternext term. All such additional charges must be paid in full in accordance with arrangements for fees. (h) 3.9. We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil your child to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees and/or supplemental charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees and/or supplemental chargescases where our fees are in default. We will normally may make an interest charge of 2% 1.5 per cent per month for any late paymentson the outstanding debt. Unless otherwise notified to you in writing, calculated this interest shall accrue on a daily basis against outstanding monies from the due date until such the date of actual payment is dueof the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay the School the interest together with the overdue amount. (i) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with you, if we reasonably and properly incur any . In addition there is a fixed rate payment penalty as shown on the Schedule of Fees. You will also be liable for all third party collection costs (including legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable incurred by the courts if judgement was made school in the School’s favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees or supplemental charges from you (or either recovery of you) that have not been paid in accordance with this Contract, then you shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). And, each of You remains liable to the School for the whole of the Fees and supplemental charges due, unless due UNLESS AND UNTIL the School has expressly agreed in writing with each of You to look exclusively to any other person for payment of the Fees and/or any supplemental charges (or any part of them) to be paid by another ). A separate agreement with a third party on behalf of does not release the Parents (“Payer”)persons who signed the Acceptance Form from liability where the third-party defaults. Such agreement for The School reserves the right to refuse payment from a third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditionsparty. If the Term’s fee is not paid in full within 21 days of the withdrawal start of the award by Term to which the Headmasterfee note relates, the School place will be withdrawn unless direct contact has been made with the Principal and Director of Finance has been made and a payment plan agreed. (he) any and all supplemental charges for extra-curricular activities for each Term (with the exception of high value trips which shall be charged in instalments, with such instalments added to the termly fee note) will be invoiced separately in arrears and such invoice shall be sent to You as soon as practicable following completion of the Term in which the charges were incurred. All such supplemental charges must be paid in full by any of the methods outlined on the fee note within 30 days of the date of the invoice. (i) We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil Your Child to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees and/or supplemental charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees and/or supplemental charges. . (ii) We will normally may make an interest charge of 2% 3 per month for cent per annum above Bank of England base rate on any late payments. Unless otherwise notified to You in writing, calculated this interest shall accrue on a daily basis against outstanding monies from the due date until such the date of actual payment is dueof the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay the School the interest together with the overdue amount. (iiii) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with youYou, if we reasonably and properly incur any costs (including reasonable legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement judgment was made in the School’s 's favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees or any supplemental charges from you You (or either of youYou) that have not been paid in accordance with the terms of this Contractcontract, then you You shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or and/or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (jiv) You consent to the School our informing any other school or educational establishment to which you You propose to send the Pupil Your Child of any outstanding Fees due to the Schoolor supplemental charges. (kg) The Fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice of an increase in the Fees will normally be sent to you You prior to the commencement end of the final penultimate Term in an academic year, before the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic yeareffect. (lh) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges will not normally be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness or otherwise. In the event that the Pupil If Your Child takes study leave at home before or during public examinations examinations, or stays at home following those examinations examinations, no reduction of Fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home.

(iiii) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with youYou, if we reasonably and properly incur any costs (including reasonable legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement judgment was made in the School’s 's favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees or any supplemental charges from you You (or either of youYou) that have not been paid in accordance with the terms of this Contractcontract, then you You shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or and/or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (jiv) You consent to the School our informing any other school or educational establishment to which you You propose to send the Pupil Your Child of any outstanding Fees due to the Schoolor supplemental charges. School Fees. (a) All It is the policy of the School to educate Students until the end of the academic year; fees are therefore paid with this in mind. While Students may join part way through the year, it is the School’s expectation that all Students complete each academic year. b) School Fees will normally be fixed by the School during the Spring Term to take effect for the next academic year. Fees are either paid a full year in advance by 1st August or termly as follows: • Autumn Term (Term 1) fees must be paid by 1st August (for new Students only) • Winter Term (Term 2) fees must be paid by 1st November • Spring Term (Term 3) fees must be paid by 1st February Invoices will normally be sent at least 1 month before the due date or as otherwise agreed. a) School Fees cover all the costs incurred in the usual course of the education of the Pupil generally offered by the School, including teaching materials, the provision main text books, some stationery and materials, the use of equipment and facilities, most activities onsite, transport to mid-week and day trips and activities offsite, pastoral care, and lunch. b) The costs of any necessary educational materials (but excluding certain specialist textbooks, materials and or other associated costs, examinations fees and/or extra-curricular activities, as detailed further in Clause 3(b) below), shall be met by the Fees unless otherwise notified provision made by the School. Loss of books , including trips, visits and activities offsite, public examinations taken, any special additional tuition including music and certain clubs and activities, courses not generally offered by the School, or equipment or damage done by a Pupil any other than fair wear and tearmatter not covered in (c) above, may be separately invoiced and must be paid as extrathe subject of Supplementary Fees or Extras. (b) Any extra-curricular activities such as private music lessons, trips and visits in which you agree in advance the Pupil may participate shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Fees and charged for accordingly. (c) Fees charged to Parents by outside professionals such as, but not limited to, peripatetic music teachers, which remain outstanding at the end of the term to which they relate will be settled by the School and the amount owing will be treated as a supplementary charge and will be added to the Pupil’s next school ▇▇▇▇, the amount outstanding will become a debt owing to the School. (d) Each invoice for Fees and any extras chargeable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be collected by direct debit in full on or shortly after the first day of each Term unless arrangements have previously been made in writing to use the School’s approved monthly payment scheme. A Pupil may be excluded from the School at any time when Fees are unpaid and will be deemed withdrawn without notice 28 days after exclusion if Fees remain unpaid at the time. (e) Each Parent person who has signed the Acceptance Form Parent Contract is liable for the whole of the School Fees (jointly and severally) due and any supplemental charges due, Supplementary Fees or Extras. The persons who have signed the Acceptance Form will remain liable to the School unless the School has agreed in writing to look exclusively to any other person for payment of the Fees (fees or any part of them) to be paid by another third party on behalf of the Parents (“Payer”). Such agreement for third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. (fd) Where two Parents have signed the Acceptance Form, one of them may withdraw from the Contract with the School by submitting a Term's Notice provided they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the remaining Parent. (g) If the Pupil has been awarded a scholarship or bursary your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will Your Child shall not be for the amount of Fees due after taking into account that award. An award may be withdrawn if, in the opinion of the Headmaster, the Pupil’s attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees due in respect of a Term which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster that an award may be withdrawn in respect of a Pupil the circumstances will be discussed with the Parents and the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine you will be notified that the award has been withdrawn. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement of the Term immediately following notification of the withdrawal of the award by the Headmaster. (h) We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil allowed to attend the School or and we reserve the right to withhold any references while School Fees and/or supplemental charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees and/or supplemental chargesSupplementary Fees. We will normally make an interest charge of 2% per month for any late payments, calculated on a daily basis against outstanding monies due until such payment is due. You must pay the School the interest together with the overdue amount. (i) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with you, if we reasonably and properly incur any costs (including legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement was made in the School’s favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees or supplemental charges from you (or either of you) that have not been paid in accordance with this Contract, then you shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (j) You consent to the School informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil of any outstanding Fees due to the School. (k) The Fees Late fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annuallysubject to: a) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice of an increase in the Fees will normally be sent to you prior to the commencement of the final Term in an academic year, before the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic year. (l) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges Supplementary Fees will not normally be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness or otherwisefor other reasons. In the event that the Pupil takes study leave at home before or during public examinations or your Child stays at home following those public examinations or any other reason, no reduction of Fees fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home. b) If one or more items on the School bill are under query, the balance of the bill must be paid.

School Fees. (a) 3.1 All the costs incurred in the usual course of the education of the Pupil by the SchoolSchool of your child, including the provision of any necessary educational materials (but excluding certain specialist textbooks, materials and or other associated costs, examinations fees and/or extra-curricular activities, as detailed further outlined in Clause 3(b) below)the Schedule of Fees, shall be met by the Fees fees unless otherwise notified by the School. Loss of books or equipment or damage done by a Pupil other than fair wear and tear, may be separately invoiced and must be paid as extra. (b) 3.2 Any extra-curricular activities such as private music lessons, trips and visits in which you agree in advance the Pupil your child may participate shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Fees fees and charged for accordingly. In particular, all public examination charges, charges and any additional charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs of the Pupil and coach charges for bringing the Pupil to and from School your child shall be charged as supplemental to the Feesfees. (c) Fees charged to Parents by outside professionals such as, but not limited to, peripatetic music teachers, which remain outstanding at the end of the term to which they relate will be settled by the School and the amount owing will be treated as a supplementary charge and will be added to the Pupil’s next school ▇▇▇▇, the amount outstanding will become a debt owing to the School. (e) Each Parent person who has signed the Acceptance Form is liable for the whole of the Fees (jointly fees and severally) supplemental and any other charges due. The persons who have signed the Acceptance Form remain liable to the School for the whole of the fees and supplemental charges due, unless the School has expressly agreed in writing with the persons who have signed the Acceptance Form to look exclusively to any other person for payment of the Fees (fees, supplemental and other charges or any part of them. 3.4 Each person who has signed the Acceptance Form shall indemnify the School against all losses, expenses (including legal expenses) and interest suffered or incurred by the School if the School is required to repay all or part of any sum paid to it by a third party credit provider on behalf of each of those persons who signed the Acceptance Form. 3.5 Any agreement with a third party (such as an employer, family member or third party credit provider) to be paid by another pay the fees and supplemental charges or any other amounts due to the School, does not release each person who has signed the Acceptance Form from liability if the third party defaults and does not affect the operation of any other of these terms and conditions unless an express agreement has been entered into in writing and signed on behalf of the Parents (“Payer”)School. Such agreement for The School reserves the right to refuse a payment from a third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditionsparty. (f) 3.6 Where two Parents parents have signed the Acceptance Form, one of them may withdraw from the Contract contract with the School by submitting a Termterm's Notice notice provided they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the remaining Parentparent. (g) 3.7 If the Pupil your child has been awarded a scholarship or bursary bursary, your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will be for the amount of Fees fees due after taking into account of that award. An award may be varied or withdrawn for reasons set out in the School’s Assisted Places Policy or if, in the opinion of the HeadmasterHead, the Pupilyour child’s attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees fees due in respect of a Term term which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster School that an award may be withdrawn from your child, you shall be notified in advance. If, within 14 days following the withdrawal of a bursary, a child is withdrawn from the School, no fees in lieu of notice will be payable. 3.8 Each term’s fees accrue separately and the fees payable in respect of a Pupil each term fall due on the circumstances day prior to the first day of that term and will be discussed included in an invoice which must be paid either in full in cleared funds before the first day of term or, if fees are paid by direct debit, in monthly instalments (each instalment being due on the first working day of each month). Any supplemental charges for extra-curricular activities for each term (and other charges that were agreed during the previous term) will be included in the invoice sent to those persons who signed the Acceptance Form. We reserve the right to make an interest charge of 4.5 percent above the base rate for the time being of the School’s bank for any late payments. Unless otherwise notified to you in writing, this interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgement. You must pay the School the interest together with the Parents and the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine you will be notified that the award has been withdrawn. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement of the Term immediately following notification of the withdrawal of the award by the Headmasteroverdue amount. (h) 3.9 We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil your child to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees and/or fees or any supplemental or other charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees fees and/or supplemental charges. We will normally make an interest charge of 2% per month for any late payments, calculated on a daily basis against outstanding monies due until such payment is due. You must pay the School the interest together with the overdue amount. (i) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with you, if we reasonably and properly incur any costs (including legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement was made in the School’s favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees or supplemental charges from you (or either of you) that have not been paid in accordance with this Contract, then you shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (j) You hereby consent to the School our informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil your child of any outstanding Fees due to the Schoolfees. (k) 3.10 The Fees fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice You will be given a term’s notice of an any increase in the Fees will normally be sent to you prior to the commencement of the final Term in an academic year, before the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic yearfees. (l) 3.11 Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges will not normally be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness or otherwise. In . 3.12 The School reserves the event that right to vary the Pupil takes study leave payment terms set out in Section 3 of this Contract from time to time and at home before or during public examinations or stays at home following those examinations no reduction of Fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at homeits absolute discretion.

(f) Where two Parents parents have signed the Acceptance Form, one of them may withdraw from the Contract contract with the School by submitting a Termterm's Notice notice provided they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the remaining Parent. (g) parent. * You should be aware that in the event of a late withdrawal it is very unlikely that the School would be able to find a replacement. If the Pupil your child has been awarded a scholarship or bursary [scholarship/assisted place/bursary], your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will be for the amount of Fees fees due after taking into account of that award. An award may be withdrawn if, in the opinion of the HeadmasterHeadteacher, the Pupilyour child’s attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees fees due in respect of a Term term which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster that Headteacher that, for academic reasons, an award may be withdrawn in respect of a Pupil the circumstances will be discussed with the Parents and the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine from your child, you will shall be notified that the award has been withdrawnin advance. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement of the Term immediately If, within 14 days following notification of the withdrawal of a scholarship/assisted place/bursary, a child is withdrawn from the award by the HeadmasterSchool, no fees in lieu of notice will be payable. (hd) Each invoice must be paid either in full before the first day of term or, if fees are paid by direct debit, in monthly instalments (each instalment being due on the first working day of each month). Where fees are paid by direct debit, the fees for each term accrue separately. (e) We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil your child to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees and/or supplemental charges fees remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees and/or supplemental charges. We will normally may make an interest charge of 2% 3 per month cent above the base rate for any late payments, calculated on a daily basis against outstanding monies due until such payment is due. You must pay the School the interest together with the overdue amount. (i) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with you, if we reasonably and properly incur any costs (including legal costs, and in any event time being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement was made in of the School’s favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees or supplemental charges from you (or either of you) that have not been paid in accordance with this Contract, then you shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (j) 's bank on late payment. You consent to the School our informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil your child of any outstanding Fees due to the Schoolfees. (kf) The Fees fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice We shall endeavour to give at least a term’s notice of an any increase in the Fees will normally be sent to fees due for a particular term and in any event shall give you prior to notice of any such increase not later than the commencement final day of the final Term in an academic year, before the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic year.preceding term (lg) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges will not normally be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness or otherwise. In the event that the Pupil your child takes study leave at home before or during public examinations or stays at home following those examinations no reduction of Fees fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home.

(b) Any extra-curricular activities (such as private music lessons, residential trips and visits visits) in which you agree in advance the Pupil your child may participate shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Fees fees and charged for accordingly. In particular, all public examination charges, any additional Additional charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs of the Pupil and coach charges for bringing the Pupil to and from School shall your child may also be charged as supplemental to the Feesfees. (c) Fees charged to Parents by outside professionals such as, but not limited to, peripatetic music teachers, which remain outstanding at the end of the term to which they relate will be settled by the School and the amount owing will be treated as a supplementary charge and will be added to the Pupil’s next school ▇▇▇▇, the amount outstanding will become a debt owing to the School. (di) Each invoice for Fees and any extras chargeable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be collected by direct debit in full on or shortly after the first day of each Term unless arrangements have previously been made in writing to use the School’s approved monthly payment scheme. A Pupil may be excluded from the School at any time when Fees are unpaid and will be deemed withdrawn without notice 28 days after exclusion if Fees remain unpaid at the time. (e) Each Parent you who has signed the Acceptance Form is liable for the whole of the Fees (jointly and severally) fees due and any and all supplemental charges. And, each of you remains liable to the School for the whole of the fees and supplemental charges due, unless due UNLESS AND UNTIL the School has expressly agreed in writing with each of you to look exclusively to any other person for payment of the Fees fees and/or any supplemental charges (or any part of them) to be paid by another third party on behalf of the Parents (“Payer”). Such agreement for third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. (fii) Where two Parents have A person who has signed the Acceptance Form, one of them Form may withdraw from the Contract this contract with the School by submitting a Termterm's Notice provided notice (other than for children in Year 6 when two term’s notice is required) AND PROVIDED THAT they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and all other persons who have signed the remaining ParentAcceptance Form. (giii) If the Pupil your child has been awarded a scholarship or bursary bursary, your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will be for the amount of Fees fees due after taking into account of that award. An award may be withdrawn in accordance with (or by reference to) the terms upon which such award is made and/or if, in the opinion of the HeadmasterHead, the Pupil’s your child's attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award award, but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees fees due in respect of a Term term which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster that Head that, for academic reasons, an award may be withdrawn from your child, you shall be notified in advance. If within fourteen (14) days following the withdrawal of a scholarship or bursary your child is withdrawn from the School, no fees in lieu of notice will be payable. (d) Each term's fees accrue separately and the fees payable in respect of a Pupil each term fall due on the circumstances first day of that term and will be discussed included in an invoice sent to those persons who signed the Acceptance Form (or such other person(s) the School may have agreed separately shall pay the fees under Clause 3(c)(i) above). The fees must be paid in full by direct debit on or before the first day of the term to which the invoice relates. The School may agree that the fees that are or will fall due in relation to any term can be paid in instalments. If the School so agrees in relation to any term's fees then the School and those liable for those fees will agree separately in writing the amount of each term's fees that is to be deferred and the anticipated schedule of instalments by which the deferred amount is to be paid. In such circumstances and in any event, the agreed amount for each term is to be paid by direct debit in not more than four (4) instalments within a period that does not exceed twelve (12) months beginning with the Parents and date of the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine you will be notified that the award has been withdrawnrelevant invoice. The withdrawal will School shall issue a separate invoice and schedule of instalments relating to the fees due in respect of each term, which shall be implemented from the commencement evidence of the Term immediately following notification separate agreement for the payment of the withdrawal of the award by the Headmasterthat term's fees. (he) Any supplemental charges for each term will be invoiced separately and such invoice shall be sent to you before the start of the next term. All such supplemental charges must be paid in full by direct debit on or before the first day of the then forthcoming term. (i) We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil your child to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees fees and/or supplemental charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees fees and/or supplemental charges. . (ii) We will normally may make an interest charge of 2% 3 per month cent per annum above the base rate for the time being of the School's bank on any late payments. Unless otherwise notified to you in writing, calculated this interest shall accrue on a daily basis against outstanding monies from the due date until such the date of actual payment is dueof the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay the School the interest together with the overdue amount. (iiii) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with you, if we reasonably and properly incur any costs (including reasonable legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement judgment was made in the School’s 's favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees fees or any supplemental charges from you (or either of you) that have not been paid in accordance with the terms of this Contractcontract, then you shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or fees and/or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (jiv) You consent to the School our informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil your child of any outstanding Fees due to the Schoolfees or supplemental charges. (kg) The Fees fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice of an increase in the Fees fees will normally be sent to you prior to the commencement start of the final Term in an academic year, summer term before the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic yeareffect. (lh) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges will not normally be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness or otherwise. In the event that the Pupil If your child takes study leave at home before or during public examinations examinations, or stays at home following those examinations examinations, no reduction of Fees fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home.

School Fees. (a) All It is the policy of the School to educate Students until the end of the academic year; fees are therefore paid with this in mind. While Students may join part way through the year, it is the School’s expectation that all Students complete each academic year. b) School Fees will normally be fixed by the School during the Spring Term to take effect for the next academic year. Fees are either paid a full year in advance by 1st August or termly as follows:  Autumn Term (Term 1) fees must be paid by 1st August (for new Students only)  Winter Term (Term 2) fees must be paid by 1st November  Spring Term (Term 3) fees must be paid by 1st February  For returning Students, Winter Term fees must be paid by 1st May Invoices will normally be sent at least 1 month before the due date or as otherwise agreed. a) School Fees cover all the costs incurred in the usual course of the education of the Pupil generally offered by the School, including teaching materials, most books, some stationery and materials, the provision use of equipment and facilities, most activities onsite, transport to mid-week and day trips and activities offsite, pastoral care, 3 meals per day at school and accommodation. b) The costs of any necessary educational materials (but excluding certain specialist textbooks, materials and or other associated costs, examinations fees and/or extra-curricular activities, as detailed further in Clause 3(b) below), shall be met by the Fees unless otherwise notified provision made by the School. Loss of books , including trips, visits and activities offsite, public examinations taken, any special additional tuition including music and certain clubs and activities, courses not generally offered by the School, or equipment or damage done by a Pupil any other than fair wear and tearmatter not covered in (c) above, may be separately invoiced and must be paid as extrathe subject of Supplementary Fees or Extras. (b) Any extra-curricular activities such as private music lessons, trips and visits in which you agree in advance the Pupil may participate shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Fees and charged for accordingly. In particular, all public examination charges, any additional charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs of the Pupil and coach charges for bringing the Pupil to and from School shall be charged as supplemental to the Fees. (g) If the Pupil has been awarded a scholarship or bursary your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will Your Child shall not be for the amount of Fees due after taking into account that award. An award may be withdrawn if, in the opinion of the Headmaster, the Pupil’s attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees due in respect of a Term which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster that an award may be withdrawn in respect of a Pupil the circumstances will be discussed with the Parents and the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine you will be notified that the award has been withdrawn. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement of the Term immediately following notification of the withdrawal of the award by the Headmaster. (h) We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil allowed to attend the School or and we reserve the right to withhold any references while School Fees and/or supplemental charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to Supplementary Fees. Late fees will be subject to:  A £200 penalty fee if not paid in full by the payment of Fees and/or supplemental charges. We will normally make due dates in (b) above or an interest charge of 23% per month APR (Annual Percentage Rate) above the Bank of England base rate in force at the time for any late paymentsfees more than one month overdue, calculated whichever is higher.  If any outstanding fees remain on the first day of term, a daily basis against outstanding monies due until such payment is due. You must pay Student will not be allowed to return to the School until the interest together with the overdue amount. (i) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with you, if we reasonably and properly incur any costs (including legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement was made in the School’s favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees or supplemental charges from you (or either of you) that have not been paid in accordance with this Contract, then you shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (j) fees are paid. You consent to the School our informing any other school School or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil your Child of any outstanding Fees due to fees. Continued non-payment of School fees will result in the Student being permanently excluded from the School. (ka) The Fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice of an increase in the Fees will normally be sent to you prior to the commencement of the final Term in an academic year, before the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic year. (l) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges Supplementary Fees will not normally be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness or otherwisefor other reasons. In the event that the Pupil takes study leave at home before or during public examinations or your Child stays at home following those public examinations or any other reason, no reduction of Fees fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home. b) If one or more items on the School bill are under query, the balance of the bill must be paid.

School Fees. (a) All the costs incurred in the usual course of the education of the Pupil by the SchoolSchool of your child, including the provision of any necessary educational materials (but excluding certain specialist textbooks, materials and or other associated costs, examinations fees and/or extra-curricular activities, as detailed further in Clause 3(b) below)materials, shall be met by the Fees fees unless otherwise notified by the School. Loss of books or equipment or damage done by a Pupil other than fair wear and tear, may be separately invoiced and must be paid as extra. (b) Parents should be aware that the School may determine it appropriate to conduct due diligence into the source of their finances being used to pay school fees, according to its anti-money laundering policy. (c) Any extra-curricular activities such as private music lessons, trips and visits in which you agree in advance the Pupil your child may participate shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Fees fees and charged for accordingly. In particular, all public examination charges, some text books, particularly those used for Sixth Form lessons shall be charged as supplemental to the fees. Furthermore, any additional charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs of the Pupil and coach charges for bringing the Pupil to and from School shall your child may be charged as supplemental to the Fees. (c) Fees charged to Parents by outside professionals such as, but not limited to, peripatetic music teachers, which remain outstanding at the end of the term to which they relate will be settled by the School and the amount owing will be treated as a supplementary charge and will be added to the Pupil’s next school ▇▇▇▇, the amount outstanding will become a debt owing to the Schoolfees. (d) Each invoice for Fees and any extras chargeable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be collected by direct debit in full on or shortly after the first day of each Term unless arrangements have previously been made in writing to use the School’s approved monthly payment scheme. A Pupil may be excluded from the School at any time when Fees are unpaid and will be deemed withdrawn without notice 28 days after exclusion if Fees remain unpaid at the time. (e) Each Parent who has signed the Acceptance Form is liable for the whole of the Fees (jointly and severally) and any supplemental charges due, unless the School has agreed in writing for payment of the Fees (or any part of them) to be paid by another third party on behalf of the Parents (“Payer”). Such agreement for third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. (f) Where two Parents parents have signed the Acceptance FormEnrolment Agreement, one of them may withdraw from the Contract contract with the School by submitting a Termterm's Notice notice provided they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the remaining Parent. (g) parent and provided satisfactory evidence of the latter to the School. If the Pupil your child has been awarded a scholarship or bursary scholarship/bursary, your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will be for the amount of Fees fees due after taking into account of that award. An award may be withdrawn with immediate effect if, in the opinion of the HeadmasterHead, the Pupilyour child’s attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees fees due in respect of a Term term which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster that an award may be withdrawn in respect of a Pupil the circumstances will be discussed with the Parents and the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine you will be notified that the award has been withdrawn. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement of the Term immediately following notification of the withdrawal of the award by the Headmaster. (he) The annual fees and lunch charges must be paid either termly in advance or in 10 equal monthly Direct Debit payments on the first working day of each month, from 1st August to 1st May inclusive. (f) Any and all supplemental charges for extra-curricular activities and additional items for each term (and for other charges that were agreed during the previous term) will be invoiced separately and such invoice shall be sent to you during the term or before the start of the next term. All such supplemental charges must be paid in full either by cheque or direct bank transfer by the day detailed on the invoice. (g) We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil your child to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees and/or fees or supplemental charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees and/or supplemental charges. We will normally make an interest charge of 2% per calendar month for any on late payments, calculated payment. This interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay the School interest together with the overdue amount. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, this interest will accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after we obtain a court judgment against outstanding monies due until such payment is dueyou. You must pay the School the interest together with the overdue amount. We will also pass on to you any bank charges for returned cheques or unpaid Direct Debits, as well as a £25 administration charge for each default. You consent to our informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send your child, of any outstanding fees. (ih) Unless You will be responsible for paying the costs we expressly agree otherwise incur in writing with yourecovering, if we reasonably and properly incur or attempting to recover, any costs unpaid fees or supplemental charges from you (including reasonable legal costs, and in any event costs being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement was made in the School’s 's favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees or supplemental charges from you (or either of you) that have not been paid in accordance with this Contract, then you shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (j) You consent to the School informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil of any outstanding Fees due to the School. (ki) The Fees fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice of an increase in the Fees Such increases will normally be sent to you prior to the commencement of the final Term in an academic year, before the increase is to take effect from the beginning start of the Term of the next new academic year. (lj) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges will not normally be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness or otherwise. In the event that the Pupil your child takes study leave at home before or during public examinations or stays at home following those examinations no reduction of Fees fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home. This will include any period of absence required as a result of clause 8(a) below. (k) Without limiting the effect of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 3, where you and the School have entered into an agreement incorporating the Fees In Advance (FIA) Terms and Conditions such that you have made a capital payment in respect of all or part of the fees due under this agreement, the School will administer such capital sum to meet the fees. Provided that you shall meet the difference between the amount per term applied by the School under the FIA Terms and Conditions and the total fees and supplemental charges due in respect of your child each term under this agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the School shall provide a termly statement of account in respect of the fees and supplemental charges and the difference shall be payable in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

School Fees. Loss of books or equipment or damage done by a Pupil other than fair wear and tear, may be separately invoiced and must be paid as extra. (b) Any extra-curricular activities such as private music lessons, trips and visits after-school clubs in which you agree in advance the Pupil your child may participate in shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Fees fees and charged for accordingly. In particular, all public examination charges, charges and any additional charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs specific learning support of the Pupil and coach charges for bringing the Pupil to and from School your child shall be charged as supplemental to the Feesfees. (c) Fees charged to Parents by outside professionals such as, but not limited to, peripatetic music teachers, which remain outstanding at the end of the term to which they relate will be settled by the School and the amount owing will be treated as a supplementary charge and will be added to the Pupil’s next school ▇▇▇▇, the amount outstanding will become a debt owing to the School. (d) Each invoice for Fees and any extras chargeable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be collected by direct debit in full on or shortly after the first day of each Term unless arrangements have previously been made in writing to use the School’s approved monthly payment scheme. A Pupil may be excluded from the School at any time when Fees are unpaid and will be deemed withdrawn without notice 28 days after exclusion if Fees remain unpaid at the time. (e) Each Parent person who has signed the Acceptance Form is liable liable, individually and jointly, for the whole of the Fees (jointly and severally) due and any supplemental charges. The persons who have signed the Acceptance Form remain liable to the School for the whole of the Fees and supplemental charges due, unless the School has expressly agreed in writing for payment of with the persons who have signed the Acceptance Form to exclusively collect from any other person the Fees (or any part of them) to be paid by another . A separate agreement with a third party on behalf of does not release the Parents (“Payer”). Such agreement for persons who signed the Acceptance Form from liability where the third party defaults. The School reserves the right to refuse payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. (f) a third party. Where two Parents parents have signed the Acceptance Form, one of them may withdraw from the Contract contract with the School by submitting a Termterm's Notice notice provided they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the remaining Parent. An award may be withdrawn if, in the opinion of the Headmaster, the Pupil’s attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as You are expected to increase the Fees due in respect of a Term which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster that an award may be withdrawn in respect of a Pupil the circumstances will be discussed consult with the Parents and the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine you will be notified that the award has been withdrawn. The withdrawal will be implemented Head Teacher before giving notice to withdraw your child from the commencement of the Term immediately following notification of the withdrawal of the award by the Headmaster. (h) We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees and/or supplemental charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees and/or supplemental charges. We will normally make an interest charge of 2% per month for any late payments, calculated on a daily basis against outstanding monies due until such payment is due. You must pay the School the interest together with the overdue amount. (i) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with you, if we reasonably and properly incur any costs (including legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement was made in the School’s favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees or supplemental charges from you (or either of you) that have not been paid in accordance with this Contract, then you shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (j) You consent to the School informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil of any outstanding Fees due to the School. d) Each term's fees accrue separately and the fees payable in respect of each term fall due on or before the first day of that term and will be included in an invoice sent to those persons who signed the Acceptance Form (kor such other person(s) the School has agreed shall pay the fees under paragraph (c) above). The fees must be paid in full by Certified Cheque or direct bank transfer or any other payment instructions issued by the School by the first day of the term to which the invoice relates. e) Any and all supplemental charges for Extra-curricular activities for each term along with the School fees (and for other applicable charges) will be invoiced separately and such invoice shall be sent to you before the start of the next term. All such supplemental charges must be paid in full by direct bank transfer by the first day of the then forthcoming term. f) The Fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice We shall endeavour to give at least a term's notice of an any increase in the Fees will normally be sent to due for a particular term and in any event, shall give you prior to notice of any such increase not later than the commencement final day of the final Term in an academic year, before the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic yearpreceding term. (lg) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges will not normally be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness or otherwise. In the event that the Pupil your child takes study leave at home before or during public examinations or stays at home following those examinations no reduction of Fees fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home. h) We reserve the right to exclude your child from attending School for non-payment of Fees. Children whose Fees are not paid after three (3) weeks of resumption shall not be allowed to attend classes. If the Fees remain unpaid at half term, the child’s space will be offered to the next child on the waiting list, in accordance with the School’s Finance Policy.

(b) Any extra-curricular extra‐curricular activities such as private music lessons, trips and visits in which you agree in advance the Pupil your child may participate shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Fees fees and charged for accordingly. In particular, all public examination charges, charges and any additional charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs of the Pupil and coach charges for bringing the Pupil to and from School your child shall be charged as supplemental to the Feesfees. (c) Fees charged to Parents by outside professionals such as, but not limited to, peripatetic music teachers, which remain outstanding at the end of the term to which they relate will be settled by the School and the amount owing will be treated as a supplementary charge and will be added to the Pupil’s next school ▇▇▇▇, the amount outstanding will become a debt owing to the School. A Pupil may be excluded from the School at any time when Fees are unpaid and will be deemed withdrawn without notice 28 days after exclusion if Fees remain unpaid at the time. (e) Each Parent person who has signed the Acceptance Form is liable for the whole of the Fees (jointly and severally) fees due and any supplemental charges. The persons who have signed the Acceptance Form remain liable to the School for the whole of the fees and supplemental charges due, unless the School has expressly agreed in writing with the persons who have signed the Acceptance Form to look exclusively to any other person for payment of the Fees (fees or any part of them) to be paid by another third party on behalf of the Parents (“Payer”). Such agreement for third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. (fd) Where two Parents parents have signed the Acceptance Form, one of them may withdraw from the Contract contract with the School by submitting a Termterm's Notice notice provided they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the remaining Parentparent. (ge) If the Pupil your child has been awarded a scholarship or bursary bursary, your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will be for the amount of Fees fees due after taking into account of that award. An award may be varied or withdrawn for reasons set out in the School’s Assisted Places Policy or if, in the opinion of the HeadmasterHead, the Pupilyour child’s attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees fees due in respect of a Term term which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster School that an award may be withdrawn in respect of a Pupil the circumstances will be discussed with the Parents and the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine from your child, you will shall be notified that the award has been withdrawnin advance. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement of the Term immediately If, within 14 days following notification of the withdrawal of a bursary, a child is withdrawn from the award by the HeadmasterSchool, no fees in lieu of notice will be payable. f) Each invoice must be paid either in full in cleared funds before the first day of term or, if fees are paid by direct debit or standing order, in monthly instalments (heach instalment being due on the first working day of each month) with supplemental charges being collected at the start of each term. Where fees are paid by direct debit or standing order, the fees for each term accrue separately. g) We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil your child to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees and/or supplemental charges fees remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees and/or supplemental charges. We will normally may make an interest charge of 2% 4.5 per month cent above the base rate for any the time being of the School's bank on late payments, calculated on a daily basis against outstanding monies due until such payment is duepayment. You must pay the School the interest together with the overdue amount. (i) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with you, if we reasonably and properly incur any costs (including legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement was made in the School’s favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees or supplemental charges from you (or either of you) that have not been paid in accordance with this Contract, then you shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (j) You hereby consent to the School our informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil your child of any outstanding Fees due to the Schoolfees. (kh) The Fees fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice You will be given a term’s notice of an any increase in the Fees will normally be sent to you prior to the commencement of the final Term in an academic year, before the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic yearfees. (li) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges will not normally be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness or otherwise. In the event that the Pupil takes study leave at home before or during public examinations or stays at home following those examinations no reduction of Fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home.

In particular, all public examination charges, any additional charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs of the Pupil and coach charges for bringing the Pupil to and from School shall your child can attend will be charged as supplemental to the Feesextras. (c) Fees charged to Parents by outside professionals such as, but not limited to, peripatetic music teachers, which remain outstanding at the end of the term to which they relate will be settled by the School and the amount owing will be treated as a supplementary charge and will be added to the Pupil’s next school ▇▇▇▇, the amount outstanding will become a debt owing to the School. (di) Each invoice for Fees and any extras chargeable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be collected by direct debit in full on or shortly after the first day of each Term unless arrangements have previously been made in writing to use the School’s approved monthly payment scheme. A Pupil may be excluded from the School at any time when Fees are unpaid and will be deemed withdrawn without notice 28 days after exclusion if Fees remain unpaid at the time. (e) Each Parent you who has signed the Acceptance Form is liable for the whole and must ensure that all of the Fees fees and extras due are paid to the School. . This is because our contract applies to both of you together and/or each of you on your own. (jointly ii) Each of you remains liable to the School for all the fees and severally) and any supplemental charges due, unless extras due UNLESS AND UNTIL the School has expressly agreed in writing with each of you to look to any other person for payment of the Fees (fees and/or extras. Each person who signs the Acceptance Form has an individual responsibility to ensure that, between them, the fees and extras owing to the School are paid. In practice, this means that if the fees or any part of them) extras have not been paid to be paid by another third party on behalf the School then, in order to recover the outstanding payments, the School can seek payment of the Parents (“Payer”). Such agreement for third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement full amount outstanding from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditionseither parent. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster that Head that, for academic reasons, an award may be withdrawn in respect of a Pupil the circumstances will be discussed with the Parents and the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine from your child, you will be notified that the award has been withdrawnin advance. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement of the Term immediately If, within 14 days following notification of the withdrawal of a scholarship or bursary, a child is withdrawn from the award by School, no fees in lieu of notice will be payable. This will give you enough time to decide whether you want to continue to educate your child at the HeadmasterSchool. (hd) We reserve The School may agree, in writing, with the parents to look to a third party for payment of the fees or any part of them. However, any agreement with a third party to pay the fees or any other sum due to the School does not release parents from any liability under this contract. (e) Each invoice must be paid by direct debit, in a single termly payment or in monthly direct debit instalments. Where fees are paid by direct debit, the fees for each term accrue separately. In exceptional circumstances where fees are paid by cheque these must be paid in full before the first day of term. (f) The School reserves the right to refuse to allow the Pupil your child to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees fees and/or supplemental charges extras remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees fees and/or supplemental charges. extras. (g) We will normally make a charge of £50 for any failed direct debit payment. (h) We will make an interest charge of 2% per month for on any late payments. (j) You consent to Methods used by the School informing to recover debt may include: use of third party debt recovery agencies, County Court Judgements, Statutory Demands (issued in accordance with the Insolvency Act 1986), charge on property, attachment to earnings and enforced bankruptcy. (k) We may inform any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil your child of any outstanding Fees due to the Schoolfees or extras. (kl) The Fees fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount amount, as the School considers reasonable. Notice of an increase in the Fees fees will normally be sent to you prior in advance. If we give you notice of an increase in fees, which exceeds the annual RPI by 5% points or more, you will be entitled to withdraw your child before the commencement start of the final Term following term provided that you give the School notice in an academic year, before writing of the withdrawal within twenty-one (21) days from the date when notice of the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic yearin fees was given. (lm) Any increases levied by Central or local Government, such as VAT, loss of Charitable Business Rates relief, will be passed onto to the fee payer. (n) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges extras (including music lessons) will not be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness2 or otherwise. In the event that the Pupil your child takes study leave at home before or during public examinations or stays at home following those examinations no reduction of Fees fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home. (o) Without limiting the effect of the earlier provisions of this Clause 3, where you and the School have entered into an agreement incorporating the FIA Terms and Conditions (such that you have made a capital payment in respect of all or part of the fees due under this contract) the School will administer such capital sum to meet the fees pursuant to the FIA Terms and Conditions PROVIDED THAT you will meet the difference between the amount per term applied by the School under the FIA Terms and Conditions and the total fees and extras due in respect of your child each term under this contract. For the avoidance of doubt, the School will provide a termly statement of account in respect of the fees and extras and the difference will be payable in accordance with the terms of this contract.

School Fees. (a) All Unless set out in the Schedule of Fees or notified to you at any time, all the costs incurred in the usual course of the education of the Pupil by the SchoolSchool of your child, including the provision of any necessary educational materials (but excluding certain specialist textbooksand as outlined in the Schedule of Fees, materials and or other associated costs, examinations fees and/or extra-curricular activities, as detailed further in Clause 3(b) below), shall will be met by the Fees fees unless otherwise notified by the School. Loss of books or equipment or damage done by a Pupil other than fair wear and tear, may be separately invoiced and must be paid as extra. (b) Any extra-curricular activities such as private music lessons, Academic Support, trips and visits in which you agree in advance the Pupil may participate shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Fees and charged for accordingly. In particular, all public examination charges, any additional charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs of the Pupil and coach charges for bringing the Pupil to and from School shall your child can attend will be charged as supplemental to the Feesextras. In addition, some public examination fees may be charged as extras. (c) Fees charged to Parents by outside professionals such as, but not limited to, peripatetic music teachersAll of the fees and extras are exclusive of any taxes and levies, which remain outstanding at the end of the term to which they relate will be settled by the School and the amount owing will be treated as a supplementary charge and will be added to the Pupil’s next school ▇▇▇▇, the amount outstanding will become a debt owing to the Schoolwhere applicable. (d) Each invoice for Fees and any extras chargeable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be collected by direct debit in full on or shortly after the first day of each Term unless arrangements have previously been made in writing to use the School’s approved monthly payment scheme. A Pupil may be excluded from the School at any time when Fees are unpaid and will be deemed withdrawn without notice 28 days after exclusion if Fees remain unpaid at the time. (ei) Each Parent of you who has signed the Acceptance Form is liable for the whole and must ensure that all of the Fees fees (jointly ii) Each of you remains liable to the School for all the fees and severally) and any supplemental charges due, unless extras due UNLESS AND UNTIL the School has expressly agreed in writing with each of you to look to any other person for payment of the Fees (fees and/or extras. An award may be withdrawn if, in the opinion of the HeadmasterHead, the Pupilyour child’s attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees fees due in respect of a Term term, which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster that Head that, for academic reasons, an award may be withdrawn in respect of a Pupil the circumstances will be discussed with the Parents and the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine from your child, you will be notified that the award has been withdrawnin advance. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement of the Term immediately If, within 14 days following notification of the withdrawal of a scholarship or bursary, a child is withdrawn from the award by School, no fees in lieu of notice will be payable. This will give you enough time to decide whether you want to continue to educate your child at the HeadmasterSchool. (hd) The School may agree, in writing, with the parents to look to a third party for payment of the fees or any part of them. However, any agreement with a third party to pay the fees or any other sum due to the School does not release parents from any liability under this contract. (e) Each invoice must be paid by direct debit, in a single termly payment or in monthly direct debit instalments. Where fees are paid by direct debit, the fees for each term accrue separately. In exceptional circumstances where fees are paid by cheque these must be paid in full before the first day of term. We reserve may not allow your child to attend School if you do not pay on time. (f) The School reserves the right to refuse to allow the Pupil your child to attend the School or to School, withhold any references or withdraw sponsorship of your child’s Tier 4 student visa while Fees fees and/or supplemental charges extras remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees fees and/or supplemental charges. extras. (o) Without limiting the effect of the earlier provisions of this Clause 3, where you and the School have entered into an agreement incorporating the FIA Terms and Conditions (such that you have made a capital payment in respect of all or part of the fees due under this contract) the School will administer such capital sum to meet the fees pursuant to the FIA Terms and Conditions PROVIDED THAT you will meet the difference between the amount per term applied by the School under the FIA Terms and Conditions and the total fees and extras due in respect of your child each term under this contract. For the avoidance of doubt, the School will provide a termly statement of account in respect of the fees and extras and the difference will be payable in accordance with the terms of this contract. (p) From time to time we may ask you to provide us with information that we consider to be satisfactory so that we can verify: (i) Your identity (ii) Your child’s identity (iii) Your child’s right to enter, live and study in the UK (iv) The source of funds you are using to pay the fees. You must provide the School with the information and documentation that we ask for. (q) Except where expressly agreed with you otherwise, the School shall be entitled to allocate payments from you to your account as it sees fit. The School shall be entitled to allocate a payment made in respect of one child to the unpaid account of any other child of yours at the School.

The persons who have signed the Acceptance Form remain liable to the School has agreed in writing for payment the whole of the Fees (or any part of them) to be paid by another third party on behalf of the Parents (“Payer”)fees and extras due. Such agreement for third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. And, each of you remains liable to the School for the whole of the fees and supplemental charges due, unless due UNLESS AND UNTIL the School has expressly agreed in writing with each of you to look exclusively to any other person for payment of the Fees fees and/or supplemental charges (or any part of them) to be paid by another third party on behalf of the Parents (“Payer”). Such agreement for third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. (fii) Where two Parents parents have signed the Acceptance Form, one of them may withdraw from the Contract contract with the School by submitting a Termterm's Notice notice provided they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the remaining Parentparent who has signed the Acceptance Form. (giii) If the Pupil your child has been awarded a scholarship or bursary scholarship/bursary, your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will be for the amount of Fees fees due after taking into account of that award. An award may be withdrawn if, in the opinion of the HeadmasterHead, the Pupil’s your child's attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees fees due in respect of a Term term which has already commenced. If, within fourteen (14) days following the withdrawal of a scholarship or bursary, your child is withdrawn from the School, no fees in lieu of notice will be payable. (d) Each term's fees accrue separately and the fees payable in respect of a Pupil each term fall due on the circumstances first day of that term and will be discussed with included in an invoice sent to those persons who signed the Parents and Acceptance Form (or such other person(s) the required improvements will be confirmed in writing. (i) We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil your child to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees fees and/or supplemental charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees fees and/or supplemental charges. . (jiv) You consent to the School our informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil your child of any outstanding Fees due to the Schoolfees or supplemental charges. (kg) The Fees fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice We shall endeavour to give at least a term's notice of an any increase in the Fees will normally be sent to fees due for a particular term and in any event shall give you prior to notice of any such increase not later than the commencement final day of the final Term in an academic year, before the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic yearpreceding term. (lh) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges will not normally be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness or otherwise. In the event that the Pupil your child takes study leave at home before or during public examinations or stays at home following those examinations no reduction of Fees fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home. (i) Cheques delivered at any time after the first day of term will not be considered as payment until the sum for which the cheque is made out is received in cleared funds in the School's bank account. Any sum tendered that is less than the sum due and owing may (but without obligation) be accepted by the School on account only. Should a payment (be that by BACS, cheque or any other means) be returned by your bank, the school reserves the right to charge a £10 administration fee towards the cost of dealing with the collection of the amount outstanding. (j) You acknowledge that the School reserves the right to carry out credit checks on you (and either of you) where the fees and/or supplemental charges become overdue, and you consent to this.

(e) Each Parent you who has signed the Acceptance Form is liable for the whole of the Fees (jointly and severally) fees due and any and all supplemental charges. And, each of you remains liable to the School for the whole of the fees and supplemental charges due, unless due UNLESS AND UNTIL the School has expressly agreed in writing with each of you to look exclusively to any other person for payment of the Fees fees and/or any supplemental charges (or any part of them) to be paid by another third party on behalf of the Parents (“Payer”). Such agreement for third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. (fii) Where two Parents have A person who has signed the Acceptance Form, one of them Form may withdraw from the Contract this contract with the School by submitting a Termterm's Notice provided notice AND PROVIDED THAT they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the remaining Parentother person who has signed the Acceptance Form. (giii) If the Pupil your child has been awarded a scholarship or bursary scholarship/bursary, your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will be for the amount of Fees fees due after taking into account of that award. An award may be withdrawn in accordance with (or by reference to) the terms upon which such award is made and/or if, in the opinion of the HeadmasterHead, the Pupil’s your child's attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award award, but any such withdrawal of an award will not operate so as to increase the Fees fees due in respect of a Term term which has already commenced. Where it appears likely to the Headmaster that Head that, for academic reasons, an award may be withdrawn from your child, you shall be notified in advance. If within fourteen (14) days following the withdrawal of a scholarship or bursary your child is withdrawn from the School, no fees in lieu of notice will be payable. d) Each term's fees accrue separately and the fees payable in respect of a Pupil the circumstances each term fall due as follow: § Autumn term: 1st June preceding § Spring term: 1st November preceding § Summer term 1st March preceding The fees will be discussed with included in an invoice sent to those persons who signed the Parents Acceptance Form (or such other person(s) the School may have agreed separately shall pay the fees under Clause 3(c)(i) above). The fees must be paid in full by direct bank transfer net of any bank charges. e) Any and the required improvements all supplemental charges for co-curricular activities for each term (and for other charges that were agreed) will be confirmed invoiced separately and such invoice shall be sent to you upon registration for such activities. All such supplemental charges must be paid in writing. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine you will be notified that the award has been withdrawn. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement full within two weeks of the Term immediately following notification date of the withdrawal of the award by the Headmasterinvoice. (hi) We reserve the right to refuse to allow the Pupil your child to attend the School or to withhold any references while Fees fees and/or supplemental charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent default in relation to the payment of Fees fees and/or supplemental charges. . ii) We will normally may make an interest charge of 2% 3 per month cent per annum above the base rate for the time being of the School's bank on any late payments. Unless otherwise notified to you in writing, calculated this interest shall accrue on a daily basis against outstanding monies from the due date until such the date of actual payment is dueof the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay the School the interest together with the overdue amount. (iiii) Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing with you, if we reasonably and properly incur any costs (including reasonable legal costs, and in any event being such costs that would be allowable by the courts if judgement judgment was made in the School’s 's favour) in recovering or attempting to recover Fees fees or any supplemental charges from you (or either of you) that have not been paid in accordance with the terms of this Contractcontract, then you shall be responsible for paying such costs in addition to the Fees and/ or fees and/or supplemental charges (as the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s). (jiv) You consent to the School our informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send the Pupil your child of any outstanding Fees due to the Schoolfees or supplemental charges. (kg) The Fees fees will be reviewed from time to time (usually annually) and may be increased by such amount as the School considers reasonable. Notice of an increase in the Fees fees will normally be sent to you prior to the commencement end of the final Term in an academic year, penultimate term before the increase is to take effect from the beginning of the Term of the next academic yeareffect. (lh) Fees and any prepaid supplemental charges will not normally be reduced as a result of absence due to illness, non-attendance as determined by the Pupil and/or the Parents, illness or otherwise. In the event that the Pupil If your child takes study leave at home before or during public examinations examinations, or stays at home following those examinations examinations, no reduction of Fees fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at home.

School Fees. (a) All the costs incurred Fees may include alone or in the usual course combination any of the education of Registration Fee, the Pupil Deposit, tuition fees, fees for extra tuition, public examination charges, other extras such as clothing and equipment, photographs or other items ordered by the SchoolParents or the Child or charges arising in respect of educational visits, including or damage where the provision Child alone or with others has caused wilful loss or damage to School property or the property of any necessary educational materials other person (but excluding certain specialist textbooks, materials and or other associated costs, examinations fees and/or extra-curricular activities, as detailed further in Clause 3(b) below), shall be met by the Fees unless otherwise notified by the School. Loss of books or equipment or damage done by a Pupil other than fair wear and teartear excluded), may be separately invoiced and must be paid as extraor bank charges arising from default in Fees payment or late payment charges if incurred. (b) Any Private music lessons and certain extra-curricular sports and other activities such as private music lessons, trips may be subject to separate agreements between Parents and visits in which you agree in advance the Pupil may participate shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Fees and charged for accordingly. In particular, all public examination charges, any additional charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs providers of the Pupil and coach charges for bringing the Pupil to and from School shall be charged as supplemental to the Feesthese services. (c) Fees charged to Parents by outside professionals such as, but not limited to, peripatetic music teachers, which remain outstanding at the end of the term to which they relate will be settled by the School and the amount owing will be treated as a supplementary charge and will be added to the Pupil’s next school ▇▇▇▇, the amount outstanding will become a debt owing to the School. (d) Each invoice for Fees and any extras chargeable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be collected by direct debit in full on or shortly after the first day of each Term unless arrangements have previously been made in writing to use the School’s approved monthly payment scheme. A Pupil may be excluded from the School at any time when Fees are unpaid and will be deemed withdrawn without notice 28 days after exclusion if Fees remain unpaid at the time. (e) Each Parent person who has signed the Acceptance Entrance Form is jointly and severally liable for the whole of the Fees (jointly and severally) and any supplemental charges due. The persons who have signed the Entrance Form remain liable to the School for the whole of the Fees, unless the School has agreed in writing to look exclusively to any other person or organisation for payment of the Fees (or any part of them) to be paid by another third party on behalf of the Parents (“Payer”). Such agreement for third party payment of fees must be in writing, with direct agreement from the Payer to settle payment of all Fees and any supplemental charges, for payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. (fd) Where two Parents have signed the Acceptance Entrance Form, one of them may withdraw from the Contract contract with the School by submitting a Term's ’s Notice provided they have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the remaining Parent. (ge) If In the Pupil has been event that your Child is awarded a bursary or scholarship or bursary (“Award”), your liability for payment of Fees under this Contract will be for the amount of Fees due after taking into account of that awardAward. An award Award may be withdrawn if, in the opinion of the HeadmasterHead, the Pupilyour Child’s attendance, progress or behaviour no longer merits the continuation of the award Award but any such withdrawal of an award Award will not operate so as to increase the Fees due in respect of a Term which has already commenced. Where You shall be notified in advance where it appears likely to the Headmaster Head that an award Award may be withdrawn in respect of a Pupil the circumstances will be discussed with the Parents and the required improvements will be confirmed in writingfrom your Child. If there is insufficient improvement in performance over such a period as the Headmaster may determine you will be notified that the award has been withdrawn. The withdrawal will be implemented from the commencement of the Term immediately If, within 14 days following notification of the withdrawal of an Award, a Child is withdrawn from the award School, no Fees in lieu of notice will be payable. (f) Each invoice for Fees must be paid in full before the first day of Term to which such Fees apply. (g) Fees may be paid monthly via a third party schools fees credit provider which has been approved by the HeadmasterSchool. Please contact the School’s Bursar for details. (h) We reserve The School reserves the right to refuse to allow exclude the Pupil to attend Child on three days' written notice if Fees are overdue for payment. If the Child is excluded for a period of 28 days, he / she will be deemed withdrawn without Notice and a Term's Fees in lieu of notice will be payable in accordance with clause 4. The School or to may withhold any information, character references or property while Fees and/or supplemental charges remain unpaid or there is overdue but will not do so in a persistent default in relation way that would cause direct, identifiable and unfair prejudice to the payment legitimate rights and interests of Fees and/or supplemental charges. We will normally make an interest charge of 2% per month for any late payments, calculated on a daily basis against outstanding monies due until such payment is due. The rate of interest charged will be 1.5% per month accruing on a daily basis which represents a genuine pre-estimate of the cost to the School of a default. The Parents shall also be liable to pay all costs, fees, disbursements and charges including legal fees and costs reasonably incurred by the School in the recovery of any unpaid Fees and/ or supplemental charges (as regardless of the case may be) and any interest applied to such amount(s)value of the School's claim. (j) You consent Fees are reviewed annually and are subject to increases from time to time. If less than a term’s notice is given of a fee increase of greater than 8%, notice of withdrawal given within 21 days after notice of the School informing any other school or educational establishment to which you propose to send increase was received will not incur a term’s fees in lieu of notice and the Pupil of any outstanding Fees due to the SchoolDeposit will be refunded without interest. (k) The Save where there is a legal liability under a court order or under the provisions of this agreement to make a refund, Fees will not be reviewed from time to time refunded or waived if: (usually annuallyi) and may be increased by such amount as the Child is absent through illness; or (ii) a Term is shortened or a vacation extended; or (iii) the Child is released home before or after public examinations or otherwise before the normal end of a Term; or (iv) the School considers reasonable. Notice of an increase in is temporarily closed due to adverse weather conditions; or (v) for any reason other than exceptionally and at the Fees will normally be sent to you prior to the commencement sole discretion of the final Term Head in an academic year, before a case of genuine hardship. See also clause 14 for information about events beyond the increase is to take effect from the beginning control of the Term of the next academic yearparties. (l) Parents shall indemnify the School against all losses, expenses (including legal expenses) and interest suffered or incurred by the School if the School is required to repay all or part of any sum paid to it by a third party credit provider on behalf of the Parents. (m) An agreement with a third party (such as an employer, grandparent, step- parent without parental responsibility or third party credit provider) to pay the Fees and or any prepaid supplemental charges will not be reduced as a result of absence other sum due to illnessthe School does not release the Parents from liability if the third party defaults and does not affect the operation of any other of these terms and conditions unless an express release has been given in writing, non-attendance as determined signed by the Pupil and/or Bursar. The School reserves the Parents, or otherwise. In the event that the Pupil takes study leave at home before or during public examinations or stays at home following those examinations no reduction of Fees will be made in respect of such periods spent at homeright to refuse a payment from a third party.

(b) Any extraco-curricular activities (such as after-school activities and clubs, private music lessons, trips and visits visits) in which you agree in advance the Pupil your child may participate shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Fees fees and charged for accordingly. In particularaddition (and by way of further example), all public examination charges, any additional charges shall be charged as supplemental to the fees. Additional charges incurred by the School in providing for the special educational needs of the Pupil and coach charges for bringing the Pupil to and from School shall your child may also be charged as supplemental to the Feesfees.
