Admission Fee. An Exhibitor must obtain FIFA’s written approval to charge a direct or indirect admission fee for the exhibition of the broadcast coverage of the Competition at a Commercial Public Viewing Event. When applying for their public viewing licence for a Public Viewing Event, an Exhibitor must indicate whether an admission fee is intended to be charged.
Admission Fee. An Exhibitor may NOT charge any direct or indirect admission fee for the exhibition of the broadcast coverage of the Competition at a Non-Commercial Public Viewing Event.

Admission Fee. Your Admission Fee of $______________ for one person is paid herewith, and an additional $_______________________ if there are two of you, is paid at the time of your Loan payment. Your Admission Fee will be held in escrow pursuant to the terms of the Admission Fee Escrow Agreement established by us for the Community. A copy of the Admission Fee Escrow Agreement is available for your review upon your request. Your Admission Fee will be released to us as soon as the following events have occurred: (i) the issuance of a final certificate of registration to the Community by the Maryland Office on Aging; (ii) the completion of construction; (iii) the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, or the equivalent, by the appropriate local jurisdiction; and (iv) the issuance of appropriate licenses or certificates by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene or by the Maryland Office on Aging. We may not provide continuing care until we receive a final certificate of registration from the Maryland Office on Aging. The Maryland Office on Aging shall issue a final certificate of registration when it determines that all of the following conditions have been met: (i) we have been issued a preliminary certificate of registration; (ii) we have filed all required documents with the Maryland Office on Aging; (iii) we have submitted documentation with demonstrates that continuing care agreements have been executed for sixty-five percent (65%) of the living units, and a minimum of ten percent (10%) of the total entrance fee has been paid for each contracted living unit; and (iv) we have submitted documentation of a commitment for per manent long-term financing and construction financing.
Admission Fee. The Beneficiary is obliged to pay within a period of 14 days after the delivery of a signed copy of this agreement the acquisition fee stipulated by the General Assembly of the AKM.
