Common use of SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT MONEY Clause in Contracts

SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT MONEY. Bargaining Unit EMPLOYEEs, who are working at a school that receives State School Improvement dollars, may receive a portion of the award as do the instructional employees. The SUPERINTENDENT will encourage schools to share any monetary incentive or performance awards with all employees by sending a letter to all principals each year when such awards are announced.
