Scope and Management of Work. A. TAES agrees to perform the work set forth in Appendix A (the “Program”) entitled “Crop Development Using Marker-Assisted Breeding.” Any additional work not specifically identified in the scope of work statement, but which is indicated during the course of the study shall be separately negotiated and funded for the appropriate amounts to be agreed upon by CERES and TAES.
