SCOPE AND MEANING OF AGREEMENT. Guardians hereby acknowledge that they have read the entire Enrollment Agreement and that they understand and agree to its provisions. The Guardians understand that this is a legal and binding Agreement, and that this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. Any changes or adjustments must be in writing and signed by both the Guardians and the Director of the Program to be valid.
