Common use of SCOPE CHANGES Clause in Contracts

SCOPE CHANGES. If either Client or Contractor believes the SOW should be adjusted in any respect, it will advise the other of the proposed changes. Client and Contractor will discuss the proposed adjustment and, if they agree on an adjustment, confirm and document the adjustment in a written change order (“Change Order”) substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B. Client will not be responsible for additional fees beyond that set out in the SOW except as provided in a signed Change Order.
