International Ship Security Certificate5 • Approval of ship security plans. • Initial verification and issuance of full term certificates or, when relevant, interim (short term) certificates. • Intermediate, renewal and additional verifications and endorsement or renewal of certificate. 3.1.7. Cargo Ship Safety Radio Certificate Applicable to: Cargo ships with gross tonnage of 300 and above. When radio survey and certification services are requested by the owner, the authorisation may also apply to ships not in class located in ports outside Norway.
