Scope of Discretion. Client authorizes GBM Wealth Management to exercise complete and total discretion in the investment of Assets in the Account. In this connection, Client authorizes GBM Wealth Management, as agent, to buy, sell and trade Assets in the Account, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
