Scope of Enabling Contract. 3.1 The Contractor shall undertake all work under the Contract in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements (SOR) and the Statement of Technical Requirements (SOTR). All work shall be carried out to the satisfaction of the Authority's Project Manager (PM). No guarantee can be given as to the level of effort which will be required under this Contract, nor does the Authority bind itself to receive and pay for services other than those actually demanded.
