Common use of Scope of Event Clause in Contracts

Scope of Event. The premises may be occupied and used by LICENSEE for the following purpose: as a Commercial Booth Space Vendor at the 2020 Go 4th Festival, and for purposes related directly thereto and as an incident thereto during the period of this Agreement.
