Common use of Scope of Operations Clause in Contracts

Scope of Operations. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Service Provider will collect, haul and recycle or dispose of all Municipal Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials (as provided herein) (i) generated and accumulated by Residential Units, and (ii) placed within Containers by those Residential Units receiving the services of the Service Provider (or otherwise generated and accumulated in the manner herein provided by those Residential Units), all within the City's corporate limits, including any territories annexed by the City during the term of this Agreement, subject to applicable law (the "Services").

Scope of Operations. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Service Provider will collect, haul and recycle or dispose of all Municipal Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials (as provided herein) (iHousehold Hazardous Waste(i) generated and accumulated by Residential Units, and (ii) placed within Containers for collections by those Residential Units receiving the services of the Service Provider (or otherwise generated and accumulated in the manner herein provided by those Residential Units), all within the City's corporate limits, including any territories annexed by the City during the term of this Agreement, subject to applicable law Agreement (the "Services").

It is expressly understood and agreed that the Service Provider will shall collect, haul haul, and recycle or dispose of all Municipal Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials Construction and Demolition Waste (as provided herein) (i) generated and accumulated by Commercial, Roll-Off, and Residential Units, and (ii) placed within Containers by those Commercial, Roll-Off, and Residential Units receiving the services of the Service Provider (or otherwise generated and accumulated in the manner herein provided by those Residential Units)Provider, all within the City's corporate limits, including any territories annexed by the City during the term of this Agreement, subject to applicable law (the "Services").
