SCOPE OF PERMITTED ASSIGNMENTS. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, except that any such assignment shall not relieve the assigning party of its obligations hereunder.
