Common use of Scope of Project Clause in Contracts

Scope of Project. i. The work to be performed under the terms of this Agreement for the Rapid City Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process will be conducted in accordance with the CY 2023 Unified Planning Work Program incorporated in this Agreement by reference as Attachment D. ii. The Sub-Recipient’s Responsibilities:

The work to be performed per formed under the terms of this Agreement for the Rapid City Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process will be conducted in accordance with the CY 2023 2019 Unified Planning Work Program incorporated in this Agreement by reference as Attachment D. ii. The Sub-Recipient’s Responsibilities:

The work to be performed under the terms of this Agreement for the Rapid City Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process will be conducted in accordance with the CY 2023 2018 Unified Planning Work Program incorporated in this Agreement agreement by reference as Attachment D.D, and the 2018 Unified Planning Work Program Amendment 2018-01, incorporated in and attached to this agreement as Attachment F. ii3. The Sub-Recipient’s ResponsibilitiesParagraph A. 4. a. and b. of the AGREEMENT is amended to read as follows:
