Common use of Scope of Project Clause in Contracts

Scope of Project. The purpose of this Contract is to set forth the terms and conditions of Subrecipient’s participation in the CDBG-DR program. In strict conformance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Subrecipient shall perform, or cause to be performed, the Programs listed in Attachment A, as applicable, in the City of Houston (the “Project”). Subrecipient shall conduct the Project in strict accordance with this Contract, including all Contract Documents listed in SECTION 1.02 below, and any Amendments, Revisions, or Technical Guidance Letters issued by the GLO. The aggregate use of CDBG-DR funds shall benefit low- and moderate- income families in a manner that ensures that at least 70 percent of the Subaward is expended for Activities that benefit such persons, unless another percentage is permitted by HUD in a published waiver as specified in the Federal Registers.
