Scope of Review. 3.1 The Independent Consultant’s scope of work shall be as set out in Appendix “B” hereto. 3.2 In addition to the scope of work as set out in Appendix “B”, the Independent Expert Consultant shall review and provide expertise with respect to any further matter as may be directed by the Board.
