The Recipient acknowledges that section 1115A(d)(2) of the Social Security Act precludes administrative and judicial review of certain matters pertaining to projects tested under section 1115A, including the selection of organizations, sites, or participants to test models and the elements, parameters, scope and duration of models for testing.
