The overarching objectives are to acknowledge and practice within: • An agreed set of indicators that may prompt a referral for HAS or ACAS involvement • An agreed process to share ideas, knowledge and resources to negotiate better outcomes for clients • The existing Victorian Service Coordination Practice Manual2 • Clear appeal pathways for services where outcomes are in dispute Practice protocols have also been included as a guide for partnership members: • Attachment 1.
