Common use of Scope of the Project Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Project. Under this Agreement, the scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include: (a) construction of the Project on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities/Utilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D, with Contractor’s own Materials; and (b) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. Under this Agreement, the scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include: (a) construction of the Railway Project on the Site set forth in Schedule-Schedule- A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities/Utilities Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D, with Contractor’s own Materials; and (b) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement.

Under this Agreement, the scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include: (a) construction of the Project IWT Terminal on the Site set forth in Schedule-Schedule- A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities/Utilities Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D, with Contractor’s own Materials; and; (b) performance Deleted (c) Performance and fulfilment fulfillment of all other obligations of the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. Under this Agreement, Scope of the Project The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include: (a) , during the Term: construction of the Project Facility on the Site set forth in Schedule-accordance with Schedules A and H, including the Seller Interconnection Facilities as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities/Utilities as specified in Schedule-CSchedule D, and in conformity with the existing legislation and the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-DSchedule C; operation and maintenance of the Facility in accordance with the existing legislation, with Contractor’s own Materialsand the provisions of this Agreement; and (b) and performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor Seller in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor Seller under this Agreement.
