Common use of Scope of the Project Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminals accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “"Scope of the Project”") shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) designing, financing, construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on Complex on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminals Terminal and Commercial Complex in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “"Scope of the Project”") shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on Project on the Site Site(s) set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-Schedule- C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-Schedule- D; (b) deployment by the Concessionaire minimum manpower as specified in para 3.12 of Annex-I, Schedule-C, c) operation and maintenance of of-the Bus Terminals Project in accordance with the provisions of this AgreementAgreement as specified in Schedule K; and (cd) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on a Port on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities Equipment as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (b) undertake Port Estate Development in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; (c) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminals Port in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (cd) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The Under this Agreement, the scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on Project on the Site set forth in Schedule-Schedule- A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminals Project for 05 (five) years in accordance with the provisions of this AgreementAgreement and in conformity with the requirements set forth in Schedule-E; andand commencing from the date of completion of the project. (c) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire Contractor in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire Contractor under this Agreement.

The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on Project on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity inconformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (b) fulfil the requirements of Schedule- S and Schedule-T; (c) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminals Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (cd) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal [****] XXX Ropeway [and [Commercial Complex]on Real Estate Development] on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminals XXX Ropeway in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The Under this Agreement the scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) a. construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on Project on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and conformity with the requirements as specified laid down in Schedule-B this Agreement together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, Schedule B; and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance Schedule B itself; The minimum development obligations of the Bus Terminals accordance Contractor as provided in Schedule B are to be adhered to by the Contractor. Any deficiency in the same shall be treated as a Contractor Default and shall be dealt with according to the provisions terms of this Agreement; and. (c) b. performance and fulfilment fulfillment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire Contractor in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire Contractor under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The Under this Agreement, the scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on Project on the Site set forth in Schedule-Schedule- A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminals Project for 10 (ten) years in accordance with the provisions of this AgreementAgreement and in conformity with the requirements set forth in Schedule-E; andand commencing from the date of completion of the project. (c) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire Contractor in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire Contractor under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal [****]Ropeway and [Commercial Complex]on Real Estate Development] on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminals XXX Ropeway in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on HealthcareNetworkon the Site Sites set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminals HealthcareNetwork, including provision of Healthcare Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. 2.1.1. The scope of the Project (the “"Scope of the Project”") shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) a. construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on Project at the Site locations set forth in Schedule-Schedule A and as specified in Schedule-B together {Package 1 and/or Package 2 and/or Package 3 and/or Package 4} with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, Schedule B and in conformity conformality with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-DSchedule C, including demolition of certain bus shelters as mentioned in Schedule A and constructing new ones thereat; (b) operation b. operate and maintenance of maintain the Bus Terminals Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance c. perform and fulfilment of fulfill all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period:subsistence of this Agreement; (a) construction To plan and procurement of design the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on the Site set forth Project in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity accordance with the Specifications provisions of this Agreement and Standards set forth in Scheduleconforming to Building Bye-D;Laws and applicable regulations, including arranging approval from Competent Authority. (b) operation Construction and maintenance installation of the Bus Terminals Project Facilities on the Project as set out in Schedule B and in accordance with the Project Requirements, as stated in Schedule C; (c) Operation and Maintenance of the Project Facilities in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (cd) performance Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire Project Company in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire Project Company under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “"Scope of the Project”") shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-CB, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-DC; (b) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminals Project Highway in accordance with the provisions of this AgreementAgreement (For the avoidance of doubt, the Project Highway shall include Dehlon Byepass pursuant to the handing over by the Government to the Concessionaire on completion); and (c) performance and fulfilment fulfillment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. 3.1 The Concession

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “"Scope of the Project”") shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement Acquisition of required land area for development of the Bus Terminal and [Commercial Complex]on Project Road by the Authority in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; b) construction of the Project Road on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (bc) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminals Project Road in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (cd) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement..
