Scope of Work. The Contractor shall, in full satisfaction of the specific requirements of this SOW Agreement, provide the services set forth herein. These services shall be provided in accordance with the Master Agreement and this SOW Agreement. The report will also contain items such as the current status of the project’s technical progress and contractual obligations; achievements to date; risk management activities; unresolved issues; requirements to resolve unresolved issues; action items; problems; installation and maintenance results; and significant changes to Contractor’s organization or method of operation, to the project management team, or to the deliverable schedule, where applicable. In addition, Contractor will create and routinely update the project plan, if any, to reflect changes in the nature and timing of project activities, all changes being subject to the State Project Manager’s approval. Project deliverables and activities will be subject to the State’s quality management process to be defined by the State prior to the project kick-off. The equipment shall be provided delivered directly to the Project site or to a warehouse acceptable to NYULH for staging or storage prior to delivery to the Project site. If delivered to a warehouse, the Contractor will be responsible for the coordination of the delivery to the warehouse and the subsequent coordination and delivery of equipment from the warehouse to the Project site. The Contractor shall be responsible for the cost of all warehousing, risk of loss, and delivery of the equipment from the warehouse to the Project site. Fabricated and assembled equipment shall be wrapped and sealed in polyethylene and appropriately boxed for shipment. Standard components shall be shipped in manufacturer's original packing. Boxes shall clearly indicate the equipment contained, "front", "top", "fragile", nature of components and Project location. The Contractor shall identify and xxxx all equipment, materials and component parts as being dedicated to this Contract and the property of NYULH and shall cause all manufacturers of the equipment to do the same. All equipment and component parts shall not constitute inventory of the Contractor or any manufacturer of the equipment, and no creditor of the Contractor or manufacturer shall have any rights therein. The Contractor shall maintain, and cause all manufacturers of the equipment to maintain all equipment and component parts free of liens, claims or encumbrances of any nature and shall not use such equipment or component parts as security for any financing or other transaction. Scope of Work. The Contractor shallA. Scope of Work. This Job Order Contract (JOC) is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which CONTRACTOR will perform a variety of Job Orders, consisting of specific construction tasks. The Contractor scope of this JOC is for general construction, repair, remodel and other repetitive related Work. COUNTY has published a Construction Task Catalog® (CTC) containing a series of construction tasks with preset Unit Prices. The CTC was developed using experienced labor and high quality materials. All Unit Prices are based on local labor, material and equipment prices including the current prevailing wages. CONTRACTOR will bid Adjustment Factors to be applied to the Unit Prices. The price of an individual Job Order will be determined by multiplying the preset Unit Prices and the appropriate quantities by the appropriate Adjustment Factor.
