SCOTS LAW AND JURISDICTION. 2.1.2 References to England and Wales in incorporated Framework Agreement clause 8.12 (Law and Jurisdiction) of this Call-Off Contract will be replaced with Scotland and the wording of the Framework Agreement and Call-Off Contract will be interpreted as closely as possible to the original English and Welsh Law intention despite Scots Law applying.
