Common use of Scots Law and Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Scots Law and Jurisdiction. Subject to the provisions of Clause 52.2, this Contract shall be considered as a contract made in Scotland, the Customer and the Supplier accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts and agree that this Contract is to be governed by and construed according to Scots Law.

Scots Law and Jurisdiction. 32.1.1 Subject to the provisions of Clause 52.232.2, this Contract shall be considered as a contract Contract made in Scotland, the Customer and the Supplier accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts and agree that this Contract is to be governed by and construed according to Scots Law.

Scots Law and Jurisdiction. 44.1.1 Subject to the provisions of Clause 52.2clause 44.2, this Contract shall be considered as a contract made in Scotland, the Customer and the Supplier accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts and agree that this Contract is to be governed by and construed according to Scots Law. 44.1.2 This Contract shall be binding upon the Customer and its successors and assignees and the Supplier and the Supplier’s successors and permitted assignees.
