Common use of Scrapped Material Clause in Contracts

Scrapped Material. The Buyer shall retain any defective Warranted Part beyond economic repair and any defective part removed from a Warranted Part during repair for a period of [***] after submission of a claim for Inhouse Warranty credit relating thereto, whichever is longer. Such parts shall be returned to the Seller [***] of the Seller’s request to that effect. [***] This information is subject to confidential treatment and has been omitted and filled separately with the commission.
