Common use of Screening of submission Clause in Contracts

Screening of submission. Upon receipt of a submission under VCP, the Service will review whether the eligibility requirements of section 4 and the submission requirements of section 11 are satisfied. If the Service determines that a VCP submission is seriously deficient, the Service reserves the right to return the submission, including any compliance fee, without contacting the Plan Sponsor.
