SDSL Loop. A two-wire copper loop which supports digital bi- directional transmission of SDSL signals and meets the performance and maintenance response requirements of Table 2.1. SDSL (symmetric or single pair digital subscriber loop) supports symmetrical upstream and downstream data rates.
