Common use of SEA SECURITY Clause in Contracts

SEA SECURITY. 1. It is recognized that the negotiations and administration of this Agreement entail expenses which appropriately are shared by all employees who are beneficiaries of this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement in regard to SEA membership or the payment of an agency shop fee or alternatives as provided in accordance with RCW 41.59.100 are set forth below. 2. Employees may elect to become members of the SEA or may pay an agency shop fee equivalent to the dues of the SEA.
