Sealing of Energy Meters. All the main and check energy meters (export and import) and all associated instrument transformers installed shall be of 0.2 accuracy class. Each meter shall be jointly inspected and sealed by the ESCOM and shall not be interfered with by either Party except in the presence of the other Party or its authorized representatives.
