Search and Seizure. (a) Students should expect only limited privacy in the contents of their personal files on the College System. (b) Routine maintenance and monitoring by system administrators may lead to discovery that students have violated this Policy or Federal/Territory laws. (c) An individual search of student files will be conducted if there is reasonable suspicion that students have violated this Policy or Federal/Territory laws. (d) Parents have the right at any time to request to see the contents of their child / children’s e-mail files.
